One of my favorite caterers to work with as a local wedding photographer. They're able to serve off-beat remote locations in addition to our beautiful venues across the western slope, the service is top-notch, they help us keep the schedule on track, and their food is always wonderful!

This place has some of the best BBQ I have had in a long time! The service was great and the owner was really helpful in explaining everything. We couldn't decide whether we wanted the brisket or the pulled pork over our chips so we got both, and had both the sweet BBQ sauce and tangy sauce on top. These are not small helpings either, you will not leave hungry! Of course I had to have a funnel cake afterwards, how could I not! Fresh made hot and drizzled with raspberry sauce. Definitely going back for the loaded Mac & cheese next! Oh and before I forget, they have great drink options too! Great people and great comfort food.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They catered our company Christmas party and did a fantastic job! Everything was all set up for us, and the food was AMAZING! People were fighting over taking home the leftovers. 100% Will be using them in the future!

Many might think prices are a bit high but as the ole' adage goes.. "you get what you pay for" and here you get a WHOLE HELLUVA LOT! Miles is SUPER helpful & nice and serving GREAT bbq.. their smoke is on point & their slaw is to die for!! Even got Stubborn Soda craft drinks here, you WON'T regret stopping by. Thanks Miles, keep up the hard work and the GREAT food!

The food is not bad- it is the cost! I ordered Mac and cheese, a side of very dry shredded chicken, and a drink and it was $17! The portion size for the chicken was maybe 1/2 a cup. Again, it isn’t bad food but $17 for a Mac and cheese lunch?! Excessive.

We had Hillbilly Catering for our rehearsal food dinner and... my goodness, it was amazing. Chef Stephanie was beyond easy to work with and has such a passion for what she does- it is so clearly expressed in her food and level of service. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
