Vicki, Jeff, and their team at Plan-It Vicki are hands down one of the best event planners in the industry. We have both worked together on numerous events many years ago, and I had the opportunity to work with them again this past weekend at a Bar Mitzvah. I was reminded how amazing they are to work with and help make the day phenomenal! Vicki and Jeff truly plan and execute every single detail to a tee. From all the event decor and little details, to making sure my entertainment company NYCT DJs, live musicians, the venue and catering, were in sync and helped make the evening amazing. After a year of planning, Zoom & site visits, and always great communication, thanks to Vicki & Jeff, the day was flawless and the clients were elated. It was one of the best events I've ever done. I highly recommend and hope to work with them again soon!

We worked with Vicki for several months leading up to and including my son's bar mitzvah (May 2018). She was a great resource all along the way, sensitive to our budget, thematic concerns, but also keeping us on schedule and communicating whenever decisions needed to be made to avoid headaches later on. She was creative in finding options for the event that fit our son's and our preferences, assisted us in coordinating with a DJ, photographer and someone to help with a day-after brunch.

The day of the event, our service ran close to an hour longer than planned, and Vicki managed the delay with aplomb. She coordinated with the venue, DJ, etc. to make sure that a new timeline was calculated on the fly. I worried about nothing and was able to focus on my son's event.

She was very easy to deal with, responsive and (added bonus) her husband created a truly wonderful video that we displayed during the reception. Well worth a call if you are planning an upcoming event.

But when it came to organizing my son's bar mitzvah, I wanted to enjoy the process and soak up every moment of this milestone. She helped with the vendor planning, did site visits, helped design our decor, set up all our tables and centerpieces and decor throughout, and coordinated the entire day of, starting hours before we even got there, and stayed after the event ended to clean up and organize. She had access to beautiful rental decor for our wedding as well.
