Hands down one of the BEST experiences EVER! The boat was clean, the captain was beyond friendly and the ride was sooo relaxing! The sunset was beyond beautiful!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. Captain Bill made sure we had a chance to see multiple eagles and osprey as we rode up and down the CT river. He took requests for music and helped insure we had set up space for dinner and dessert. What a blast!

1st Sunday Tour of the Season and it didn’t disappoint! Boat had great cover to keep us protected from the hot sun. Captain Bill and crew were great…can tell they really enjoy what they do. Informative, but not trying to over do it. Very clean boat…beautiful scenery right in the heart of CT. Another great addition to the area. We will be back again soon and likely do a private tour too! Thank you again for a great morning!

So wonderful!! This is the third boat ride I’ve been on. We left from Wethersfield Cove with a group of friends on a Friday night. It was a beautiful fall evening with Morgan and Captain Bill leading the way with their warm, friendly, fun and informative tour. Their love for the CT River was apparent with all the history and information they shared. The Slipaway River Tours team is so lovely and accommodating. It made for a memorable Friday night of fun. We’re planning on returning soon!

This was the most fun! We leaned a lot about the Connecticut River and its health. Bill is a wonderful tour guide and made sure everyone was comfortable and answered all of our questions: I would highly recommend this experience.
