Best wedding planner!!

Swapnil and his team planned our wedding and executed everything impeccably. Right from decorations and setups to minor details like guest management, printing schedule cards, figuring out gift ideas, they did it all. Swapnil planned our wedding for multiple months, and ensured no surprises on the wedding days. Since we don't live in India, Swapnil built familial relations with our parents (who are quite old) and worked together like a family rather than an outsider.

We are very happy with how our wedding went, we were completely stress free as Swapnil and his team managed everything with 100% trust and reliability. Swapnil is very patient, hard working and accountable which means the families can completely relax and enjoy the wedding (which is very rare).

Example, on the day of Sangeet our anchor fell sick. Swapnil handled alternate arrangements without compromising on our requirements, completely without our involvement as we were immensely busy. We trust him to take care of everything and he exceeded all our expectations.

Thanks to Swapnil, all guests had a smooth experience with stay and food, received really memorable gifts, 7 functions were executed in 3 days on time and hassle free, all vendor management (photographer, makeup, food, accommodation, decoration, flowers, entertainment, gifts, etc) was done smoothly in the background. Thanks to him, we could all rest and enjoy our wedding stress free, and our wedding was a big hit!

Best wedding planner in Nagpur! We hired celebration event organisers for planning our wedding in Radisson Blu Nagpur.

Swapnil managed our wedding project extremely well. He created elegant decoration ideas for all our events, procured all the necessary items without high costs. He built familial relations with our parents, and worked with them to create a schedule for all the rituals, dealing with many requirements. He created a proper plan for the wedding to ensure that there are no surprises.

On the day of the wedding, he and the team managed the decorations and schedule very professionally, dealing well with many on-the-spot requirements. For example, our sangeet anchor fell sick on the day and they arranged for another great one in just a few hours. Us and our families felt no stress at all during the wedding because of their management. We got to have our dream wedding thanks to the Celebration event organisers!
