Thank you so much for a wonderful stay on business and while I was wrapping up a personal renters insurance claim. The staff here is exceptional starting with Mariana at the front desk and June and Tyler and Jameel and the whole service crew and the entire housekeeping staff. My room was immaculately clean and I’m picky. The little kitchen unit it was very functional and it was sure nice to have. I was able to save money work hard and be comfortable and happy there. I sure appreciate the great stay. It’s also a great place if you have a dog. It’s a nice location. And I sure appreciate the great rate that was given to me for business. It’s nice that you don’t have to leave every 21 days here and the longer you stay
the bigger the discount.

Staff is excellent they go above and beyond to make ur stay as comfortable as possible whether it's for business trip or just to relax. The rooms are very well kept up cleanliness wise and even for making sure everything is in working order. There's some things that can be updated but nothing that serious. My bed was comfortable and nicely made and my bathroom was nice and clean as well. The check in was a breeze. June and Tyler are superb staff friendly always smiling. The manager Mariana runs a great hotel and her team is excellent including the house keeper I had was Julie and she was super nice and friendly and did an amazing job!

The management was good until she decided she didn't like my son. She wages war on people she doesn't agree with. Uses false advertising. There is no complimentary breakfast, she now tells people to smoke " cross" the street on town property where it is prohibited. They deliberately don't have outdoor cameras because they don't want to get involved with residents being harmed by others. Personally she knew for over a year I was legally blind. Loudly made fun of me in the lobby screaming in front of others " read read read" and would not allow my reader into any meetings she called. Not ADA friendly. Next time I'd spend a little extra money and get a step up hotel. If you like being hung up on when you call to ask a question, this is your place!

staff here is super awesome and friendly they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible especially June! the room was very clean bed nicely made and the pillows weren't flat. i stay here quite often and each time I stay it is always a pleasure! management is always around her name is Marianna hope I'm spelling it right and she's super awesome too. the house keeping is very friendly as well you ask for your to be clean and they get right on it and do an amazing job!

The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Always wearing a smile and willing to provide the best stay experience to all their guests and pets.
I can't say enough about GM Mariana.... anything I've ever asked for was always addressed promptly. Myself and family felt safe and valued as a guest as we saw many updates being done to the hotel during our stay. New locks on room doors, new locks on outer entrance doors, new parking lot paved, rooms service always detailed and thorough.
If you ever need a place to stay this is definitely the hotel to stay. Also a special Thanks to June and Tyler for being so helpful and a true example of providing extraordinary guest experiences.

Excellent place to stay with family. We were stopping by on a trip and we stayed here and we got taken care of Mariana and employee it was famous and clean and they will let me we definitely happy about it. Really enjoyed my day..

June has been excellent and extremely helpful upon arrival. Assisted us right away when we had an issue in our room. I would highly recommend this place if you just wanna relax and enjoy everything Connecticut has to offer. The staff here are amazing and helpful and always smiling.
