I am disappointed in both the lack of professionalism we received and the lack of follow through in Rowan. We used their services for an event. Our items were not delivered as pre-ordered. When asked for the items they failed to provide it and had no solutions, only excuses. The following morning we had to again request the problem, which they provided after over an hour of waiting. I received my credit card receipt, they charged me a last minute add on fee since they had to provide the pre-ordered services. They did not have permission to charge my credit card for a non-authorized amount. I should not have been charged more for a product I pre-ordered as it was their fault the product was not delivered at the time of set-up as ordered weeks before the event.
