Excellent Pilot, spacious parking, clean showers, bright and clean retail space and absolutely terrible lazy staff who don't care at all about their work and the drivers who come there. I arrived in the evening at 6 pm and took a queue for a shower, there were 11 people in front of me, not so many, especially when there are 12 showers. However, I waited for my turn until 9.30 p.m. The guy who serviced the showers was constantly going somewhere and doing anything but his job, at a time when 5 or 6 showers were already free for cleaning. When I got my shower, there were no towels inside. At all. When I asked where the towels were, the girl working at Pilot said that they simply did not have enough towels for all the showers! What? Are you serious? This should be my problem? The company's management should pay attention to this Pilot, there is something to work on.

The only issue is that it's really not an issue. The key pads to access the showers need to be updated. Overall, I will say ALL truck stops need to keep control of the parking. This location to me is the best pilot truck stop. If all pilot truck stops would follow their standard operationing procedures safely,clean inside, and the strict parking! Keep up the good work! Thanks, Robert, and remember it's all route planning! LoL

Excellent customer service! The team at Pilot Travel Center made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. The showers are outstanding—spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A big shoutout to the staff who clean the showers; they are not only super friendly but also very professional and courteous. Definitely a top-notch experience!

When I see all of the parking spots marked 15 minute parking only....I see a business saying hurry up and get what you want and get out of our faces.
You can't even go to the bathroom and back in 15 minutes. Unfortunately I spent around 60 dollars there earlier on today, but I completely understand that you don't like your customers
I was literally told that I only had 15 minutes to park there.

Have stopped here often through the years on the way up to New England. It's always been clean. Staff friendly. Basic facilities including a laundry makes it quite useful.

Parking is a bit on the tight side though.

If it's full, after stopping here and fueling and or using the facilities, shower etc, there's a service area with more parking barely two minutes north on 95. Go there.

The shower had good water pressure. It doesn't get hot, just warm. We wanted to order a whole BBQ chicken pizza but they were out of chicken

Needs more parking. Entrance to small and long.
Good food menu.
A lot of showers and they are kept busy. The showers are big but not hot because so much use. And not well designed.

Me and my wife throws 13 hours to Connecticut to drop off a load we pulled in the pilot gas station to gas up and get some rest security comes beating on the window the manager Robert that works at night time shift seems very racist everyone that sees this message should not buy gas from pilot especially if you drive a cargo van they are trying to charge $25 $30 for a parking spot in the front or telling you to go park back there by the trucks they are not even honoring 15 minute parking why should I spend my money here to fill up gas and I cannot even sit for 5 minutes make even have the police currently parked out here corporate really needs to contact this location and do something about it is 2024 racism is over with again the manager name is Robert corporate please do something about this in contact me soon as possible thank you and have a blessed day
