Very friendly and pleasant hotel - we stayed here while at a tournament at Mohegan Sun. The shuttle only runs after 4pm so that was problematic, and we drive an electric car that is not compatible with the Tesla chargers at Mohegan Sun so we needed to drive 10 miles away to get a decent charge (the Big Y has a level 2 charger for 2 hours).

Staff was very friendly and the burgers at the restaurant very good. Rooms were spotless. Water pressure good. Room was quiet in spite of multiple teenage basketball players rooming here for the tournament.

Not enough charging ports for electronics near bed.

The room was very comfortable. The shower was super powerful and tons of hot water. Bathroom was small but it did the trick. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Lobby needs updating, just a few new couches and it would look so much better.

Overall a pleasant experience, but a couple of issues.

1) I am in my late '70s, and fairly tall (6'2"). Given this, the shower head is too short, and you really need ADA compliant toilets. Old style are a long way down on aged knees,

Also, a broader dinner menu would be great. Basic apps and steak frites were about it.

Lindsey (front desk) was so friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond, when we requested an ADA room for our second night, as my mother in law was having challenges getting up from the toilet (in a regular room). Lindsey was able to work it out so we could have an ADA room that had two queen beds.

Edith (head of housekeeping) was so happy to make sure our new ADA room was clean and ready for us to occupy.

Christine (Our waitress) was excellent in the morning, when we had breakfast. She also went above and beyond that evening, when I requested a coffee during bar hours.

Excellent, clean hotel. Our stay was very pleasurable. We were greeted with kindness. We were offered to be walked to our rooms and offered help with our luggage. Love the fact that the hotel is right off the parkway with easy access to go anywhere

I stayed for a concert at Foxwoods, actually not far from the casino 15 min ; we were surprised by the hotel , it was really nice , clean rooms, the lobby have a bar , unfortunately it was closed when we got there ; nice pool close at 10pm . Since you enter the check in guy was really friendly, we stay in floor 5 nice view , bathroom really clean. We were glad that we chose to stay there. The only thing I can said it bother me , it was the cigarette odor in the hallways, but other than that everything was really good .

My main complaint concerning this hotel is the scary elevator ride. Watching the floor numbers count down as I rode down they stopped at at the 3rd floor but the elevator continued down. It was at that point that it began to shudder and shake noisily. It then felt like it stopped and was quiet, but it was several seconds until the doors finally opened and the numbers never reappeared. Elevators can be spooky enough when they're working well. To have one behave like this is unacceptable.
And put a coffee station in the lobby like every one of the 30 hotels I stay in every year.

We stopped at this hotel to get information about an upcoming construction canopy job close by and rates, availability etc. the guy at the front desk was very helpful. We asked if they had restaurant there we could go to and we were able to check out their food. It was good! They also had karaoke there (Friday night) and after traveling about 7 hrs for a 3 hr drive due to extremely heavy heavy traffic, this was very nice to sit back and allow my bf to participate in. He has Parkinson’s and this was good for him to sing. Everyone there was friendly The hotel staff that we met were nice here
