Unbelievably bad experience at Valet parking at Mohegan Sun! Arrived on Saturday to attend the Auto Show. I didn't realize that the hotel is the only valet opened. Pulled up in line for the valet, gave the employee a generous tip, hoping to ensure my vehicle will be well taken care of. When it was time to leave, we waited over 30 minutes for my vehicle. When my vehicle finally arrived, I opened the passenger door to find a puddle of water on the floor. We had a cooler on the back seat of my Jeep. I went into and spoke to the man at the valet station. I asked him how fast his drivers are supposed to drive. He stated 3 to 5 mph. I showed him the puddle and the cooler was upside down with water and ice all over the passenger rear and front of the vehicle. He came back with another guy and attempted to use paper towels to clean up the water. The only thing he offered was to return the tip I gave the driver! I was understandably aggravated and worried that the electronics under the seat could be damaged. Should I also add Mohegan Sun is over an hour ride and the cooler was upright on the seat when we arrived. I spent the next 2 hours when I got home using a hair dryer to attempt to clean up this mess. Please remember this story if you are thinking about using the valet parking in the future at Mohegan Sun.

Valet was awesome. Super helpful and friendly. I gave them a good tip when I got there and when I was ready to leave they made sure I was the 1st one gone. Doesn't sound like much, but when it's check out and everyone is outside waiting to go home it made a difference... maybe the best part of the entire casino

Valet service was awesome. They seen that my bags were turned in to the bellhop for delivery to my room. I was in need of a scooter they went and picked it up for me and drive it to me at the side of my car! Two over valet workers checked to make sure I was being taken care of while waiting for the scooter to arrive.

Valet experience has been generally excellent.
However there was once a serious oversight.
Where the bags were not loaded in the car as we were told.
My mistake for not checking and confirming this.
Had to drive back 40 mins to pickup bags.
