Had a great stay at DoubleTree. First, we loved our upgraded corner suite. It was huge and had a separate living room/ dining room and wet bar. Very clean and quiet..well appointed. The front desk was super friendly, as was the breakfast staff. I'll agree the breakfast is overpriced. Even when we have a food credit, it seems as if they are gouging $28 is a bit high for buffet service. This is my only complaint. The hotel is near everything and very convenient. We will be back.

Great airport location with free 24 hour shuttle; not all hotels offer shuttles 24/7. Has plenty to do - pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, business center, lobby bar n restaurant. Hot tub was great temp, pool comfortable, enjoyed dinner at their restaurant - hopefully with a $15 reward for being gold status, but yet to reflect on my account. Always enjoy being greeted with a warm cookie ❤️

Surprisingly excellent and an exceptional value..
It is an older hotel with large rooms,a full gym, sauna, small pool and racketball court.
Large entry atrium and friendly staff. Worth the extra 6 minutes on the airport shuttle.

This hotel is staffed with wonderful employees. Special shout out to Tom, Katie, and the breakfast crew. The rooms are a little dated like other posts say, but it is very clean and well kept. The breakfast is wonderful and we enjoyed it for 3/3 days. The shuttle to and from the airport is nice, especially if you want to take the train to visit the market, catch a Mariner’s game, etc. We found that to be easier and cheaper than driving.

The Starbucks employee was very sweet, and didn’t get overwhelmed with the amount of orders at once while working alone.

The proximity to South Center mall is nice. There are many food options within walking distance like Outback, Cheesecake Factory, etc.

Overall 4/5 but that’s just due to the aging of the building.

The hotel service is excellent. I stayed here for seven days. We did run into an issue during check-in, but the staff was very helpful in resolving it. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, including a Target and Westfield mall nearby. Additionally, there is a shuttle bus service between the hotel and the airport. Overall, our stay here was amazing.

Noisy hotel with bar in the center. Rooms are large, however they are rather dated and not cleaned well.

Some things in need of repair. One of the light bulbs in a lamp was not working, and it looked like one had been ripped off the ceiling. Condensation on the windows.

Beds are very soft to the point where it could be uncomfortable, but that comfort depends on your preference.

Leaving bottled water in the room and charging extra for it if you drink it is a bit tight, no idea how long it's been there. Alchohol and things I can understand a charge, but water, no.

Staff were friendly, however, greeted us, and provided a free shuttle bus from the airport. Was given a free cookie in entry, but it was cold and hard.

Not a bad hotel and by a few restaurants. 2 stars given because breakfast is a standard "ok" hotel buffet and they charge 28 dollars plus tax. You are paying over 30 dollars for lukewarm eggs, paper thin bacon and an assortment of generic pastries and danishes. Nowhere near worth the price.

I found this hotel to be nice. It's not a resort, but it doesn't need to be. The rooms are clean, though a bit dated with some wear and tear. It's a standard, comfortable, and spacious embassy Suites-style hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the buffet, which, although expensive, had all my favorite offerings, including oatmeal. As a lifetime Diamond member, I would definitely stay here again.
