Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, easy, quality, with the women who works the front desk overnight being so nice!

The woman working at the front desk is such a kind person and goes above any beyond to help. We called down to see if they had a different remote allowing us to switch modes and connect a laptop to watch a movie. She was super helpful in getting us the correct remote and although I said I would walk down and pick it up, when I opened the door she was almost at the room.

Whenever we were in the lobby she would kindly greet us and she made sure there was always fresh coffee for everyone.

My experience with hotels that are not designed to be resorts, it's the little things that matter. They may not have an indoor pool (there is outdoor) or a fitness center with ten pelotons but they do the core things well and at a fair value

Be careful it is a hotel for people who want to be on the road. Not for big families. The owners get confused about people's names. It was a fight to change rooms and change cards. Also, the waffles taste bitter. We were in room 215, and there was a buzzing electric noise that was very annoying.

My husband and I stayed here overnight as we were going to Thompson Speedway the following day. Melissa was great from check in to check out the next day. She was kind and friendly and also gave us some dinner recommendations when we asked and it did not disappoint! The hotel was clean and tidy and would definitely recommend staying in the area.

Overall, it's been a great stay here vs. Days Inn of sturbridge ct by Windham Hotels. Very clean! Tv's that have way more than 4 channels. Poor Betty White is still stuck and channels 39 frozen ?
And the heat and A/C works great... bathrooms were very nice. The only recommendations I can offer are better shower heads and more options for breakfast.

Never, ever go to this hotel. I rarely write reviews, so for me to be willing to write a 1 star review this place has to be beyond terrible -- and it is. I have never had such a horrible experience with a hotel in my life, it was like something out of a movie. I couldn't believe how rude and dismissive the front desk worker was (she got annoyed and rolled her eyes when I asked for my child to use the bathroom while we checked in). Additionally, after already paying for a room through Expedia I was told about hidden fees for having a dog with us, and had never been alerted to this by Expedia. She almost refuses to check us in due to clerical issues on her side of things, but when I finally saw the room I needed to check out and leave right away! I'm not picky, I can stay at beat up motels, but the smell was awful! Gross, dirty wall to wall carpet with stains throughout the halls leads to rooms with dirt, hair, and beat up, scratched furniture. It would be one thing if it was cheap, but it wasn't. The fan in the bathroom ceiling had no cover and looked like a fire hazard. When we checked out, the lady at the desk claimed that only Expedia could process a refund, but the hotel ended up refusing to refund me anything even though we didn't stay there for more than an hour. I've never had a hotel refuse a refund--- ever.
NEVER stay here! Go anywhere else.

Staying at Quality Inn Plainfield was the utmost enjoyable experience. Clean rooms as well as establishment and external grounds contributed, in addition to their accommodation of pets, all at a reasonable price. The accommodation of my dog was paramount for me, as it was the main purpose of my visit to the area, and there are no words in which I can convey my appreciation. Further, I received only warm reception from the front desk, as well as a personalized email after my stay in response to the feedback I left. General manager Bijal Patel and his staff have certainly won me over and, should this customer service be sustained, they can look forward to my rave reviews and continued patronage going forward. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. We ended up having to cancel our two night stay and was told by the front desk staff we would not have any cancelation fees other than a small service fee of $6. We then were charged $200 to the account so when I called to question this I was met with aggression and was actually hung up on 3 different times before I could even get an explanation. Next thing I know I was just charged another $240 for an unknown reason and am unable to get in touch with any member of this disgustingly rude hotel staff. DO NOT STAY HERE
