Awful outdated, loud AF, smelly rooms. Not as advertised! Bathroom was tiny. No two vanities in the same bathroom as shown in the picture. Did I mention outdated?! The only reason I gave it a 2 rating is because the ac was pumping, which I love. Set to morgue! However, would never come back here!!

Hotel reminded me of a motel, was not worth the crazy amount of money we paid. Also we booked a non smoking room and when we checked in they overbooked so they gave us a smoking room and it was disgusting. Overall terrible experience and won’t be going back.

Don’t stay here if you expect what they advertise to be true! We booked a king suite with “amazing views of the majestic Connecticut Forest”. What we find is majestic views of the roof of a building with ac units, worker walkways, and “views” of some trees. I’m not sure how they are able to continue to advertise these rooms with these descriptions. Went to front desk to talk with someone and Ingrid was rude and combative from the start. She should have remedial customer service training. Declined our ask to speak with a manager. Also she said “well you don’t come here for the views anyway”. I’m shaking my head thinking no I’m here to play and spend money and I could’ve done that in a cheaper room. We have stayed at Fox tower numerous times and while the front desk people are pretty cold at least you have a decent room. Our rooms there have much better views for less $. This also doesn’t even take into account the very outdated design, decor, and furnishings of the room. I would never choose to stay here again and will not even come back to stay at Foxwoods since they apparently don’t care about guests.

I wish I had read the other reviews before booking this place. It was the worst. Bad customer service, the room that I paid $384.99 for one night was a smoking room. I booked well in advanced only to be told upon arrival was "The smoking rooms are all we have left". A take it or leave it type of response. The room itself was seriously smoky and dated. We had a 1992 ipod/clock alarm docking station and not one USB port to charge our phones. Our room view was just as bad, it was directly adjacent to the rooftop and all the rooftop equipment like the air conditioning units, seagulls and trash. We couldn't even crack open a window to let some fresh air in. Any hope of relaxing and enjoying our room had completely gone south. As other reviewers have stated the rooms need serious upgrades, with worn carpet and dated amenities. I feel like the folks at Foxwood Hotels don't care if guest are unhappy they just want their money. To me this is very short sighted. You may have fooled me once but I will not return to any of the Foxwood properties. There is an expectation with a resort like Foxwood to be clean, comfortable and relaxing. This experience was anything but. Good luck Foxwood. To anyone else thinking of staying here, check out Mohegan Sun first.

When we arrived at the scheduled check in time they told us the room wouldn’t be ready for hours, and we got no discount so basically we paid for a room we didn’t have access and didn’t get anything complimentary and on top of that they were rude about it. Completely unacceptable not only will I not be staying here again but I will not be returning to Foxwoods again this wouldn’t happen at Mohegan Sun. Plenty of other options.

Great hotel. Very clean and absolutely friendly staff. You don't have to leave the building to get to all the amenities and entertainment. I highly recommend.

This was a fantastic place to stay. From check in to checkout, every employee we encountered was polite and friendly. Our rooms were spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. Loved it! Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed here and it was fantastic. We didn't want for anything. The room was always very clean and the customer service was outstanding, I would recommend this hotel to any one looking for a aswome hotel at a reasonable price..
