I was hesitant at first because the receptionist was passionate on not providing me a refund when she told me something different than what the receptionist on the phone told me. After some back and forth, the supervisor acknowledged that I was correct and then guided me to the locker room. The assistant in the locker room was wonderful! The nail tech was super kind, but the pedicure service was mediocre. However, Kate saved the day with her hospitality. I highly recommend calling first to see if Kate is working before you arrive!

Beware before you book! I spent this weekend at Grand Pequot and my friend, a platinum member and I booked a massage for Saturday at 9 am. I got a call 10 min before my appt stating my tech called in sick and wanted to change my appt, my friend didn't want to go by herself since we planned going together, then they wanted to give me a nail tech, then a male and was on hold 10 mins, twice by a VERY rude receptionist and they wanted to charge me a cancelation fee!

The manager, who was wonderful, Heidi, accommodated by re booking us for the next day, Sunday and gave us a complimentary day pass for Saturday.

On Sunday we showed up for our 10 am appt around 9:15 am, settled in and waited in the waiting room, we saw techs walk in but not in our waiting room, it was 10:10 am when I asked the receptionist when our services would start, said, 'they didn't come and get you?' She then brought us to the techs and I asked if we were getting our full 50 mins, and they said yes.

My tech, just rubbed oil on my back with no pressure which only felt like 10 minutes then just rubbed oil on my thighs and calves and didn't touch my feet and then oiled my arms - not touching my hands, my feet, also no scalp massage, whichI was looking forward to. I have received many massages along with G Spa in Fox Tower and include a FULL massage (highly recommend), not just my back, my friend said her tech did a full body, not just her back. When she told me to flip over and if I wanted some water, I said, why, are we done? she said yes. When I got out of the room, I looked at the clock and it was 10:45 am.

I actually received a 30-minute oil rub down, not a 50 min body massage!

I felt they just pulled a staff member to accommodate my appt. to get their $$$, I was ripped off and robbed and I was charged $225.00 for a $185.00 50 min massage, which was 30 min oil rub. We will never be coming back due to the rude receptionist and terrible service. Shame on you, Foxwoods.

I have been coming here for about 15 years and visit every other month. I always get a different massage therapist but every massage I have received has been fantastic.
The locker rooms and shower area are always clean. Jade the spa attendant is awesome! The sauna and steam room are great to relax.
There is a hot tub in the ladies locker room as well but the past few months I have not used it - it needs a good deep cleaning. There are two other hot tubs in the pool area to use as well.

I bet you didn't know you could find all these amenities, even in the winter, here in New England.
Full spa services, two hot tubs and a pool, fully enclosed with a glass ceiling and a balcony you can walk out to for great views.

Beautiful rooms with a view are right upstairs making this a super convenient and surprising easy getaway even in the winter

My experience at the Norwich Spa in Foxwoods has always been friendly and professional. I enjoy having my nails done. I have an acrylic overlay with uv polish by Franca. Also I have had pedicures by Franca. She is very kind and gentle She has many years of experience. She listens to what kind of look you want. Franca is very talented she is very good at artwork on my nails. She knows many of the popular techniques. I have been seeing her for many years. I travel from out of state to see her. My nails and I are very happy.

Have been to the casino many times never realized this gem was there until recently and let me tell you the experience was absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful the staff is so friendly and just the overall peaceful atmosphere is truly incredible! The pool is refreshing the sauna and jacuzzi is so relaxing and then you have the massage. My husband and I had the duet room booked with 80 minute deep tissue he had the CBD infused and was so relaxed he fell asleep! We both felt so amazing and revitalized after our massages I can’t thank yall enough! So if you need a nice refresher button in life take the best trip to the casino you will ever take and stop over and visit Jaclyn she’s fantastic and I highly recommend it I know we will be back! Thanks again!
