First time ever using a travel agent. Booked a trip to Punta Cana. Paid in full for my family of 4. I was in a major snowmobile accident 1 month before my departure date. I call the agency and tell them to please cancel trip and use insurance. She then tells me the insurance package which only cost $180 was never added to the package so I lost $6,500 between flights and resort. Agency did absolutely nothing for me. No customer service. This is the only trip I've ever not had insurance on. Why would a travel agency not add insurance to a trip in February which leaves out of Boston was a question they were unable to answer for me. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If nothing else they are incompetent and have no understanding of their own business or how to serve their customers
