Nice cruise, not too much to see on the river though (lots of trees!) relaxing and worth a try for a few hours excursion. the captain was very friendly. they have a bar on board you can purchase drinks and chips, etc.

I can see how this boat would be a great place to have an event, as several reviewers have noted, where you bring your own fun and they provide the space and food. But we paid for what their website calls a "signature guided river tour" and "narrated". We've been on a number of fascinating river and canal tours, including elsewhere on the Connecticut River, and never before were we left, as on this one, to watch (indoors) a video about things all over the general region (or just listen if you're outside where there is no video). Always there has been a live person actually talking to the people, often with funny or deeply interesting stories and always with sensitivity to being clear enough for everyone to hear. Both people running this boat were mostly looking at their phones while nobody watched the video. The weather was great, the boat very clean and cared for, but it was not a tour and it wasn't guided. Just looking at trees for over an hour I can do in my back yard, for free. Caveat emptor.

Amazing service. I rented the Lady Bea for my parent's anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! Staff was amazing and the ride, even better. So glad we did it!

We chartered the Lady Bea last weekend for our class reunion and everyone had a fantastic time. Very nostalgic for all of us to cruise up to Northampton. We all have memories of times on the Connecticut River. There is indoor seating below and open air seating on top. Plenty of room for groups to mingle. Tammy was very helpful in accommodating us. There is an onboard bar and restrooms. They also have narrated cruises open to the public. Highly recommend!
