Michelle and her team helped organize our wedding and did a tremendous job! She guided us through the entire process and gave us great insight on the planning and decorating process. Without her, our wedding would not have turned out as beautiful as it did. Michelle also went above and beyond to secure a caterer that fit our budget and needs in a short time frame. She helped facilitate the events throughout the ceremony and reception which made things go so smoothly. Additionally, during the cake cutting, my husband and I struggled with getting the cake cut and Michelle saved the day by getting a slice cut so we could have nice photos of us during this time. Her hustle and dedication to her business is evident in her dedication (as seen in the pictures below!) All of our guests commented on how beautifully decorated the venue was and how professional her team is. We couldn't recommend her more!

TLDR: Hire them!!! Best decision we ever made!

My husband and I hired Sandra and Michelle (and their amazing team) as our day of coordinators. And let me tell you, they bring their A game!
A little back story.... we did it all in 6 months. Our venue was beautiful but... they provide NOTHINGGGG and you can only get in to start setting up 2 hours before your time slot. 😬
We were a little over confident in our ability to make this work.
2 months before the date we were in full fledged panic mode realizing we couldn't do it on our own. We had talked with 2 other companies, prior to our scheduled meeting with Sandra and Michelle, that we both felt we really liked.... until we had our meeting with Sandra and Michelle. Our consultation with them lasted 1.5 hours! They were beyond thorough in asking questions so that they fully understood everything that was going on and so they knew exactly what we wanted. They also offered quite a few suggestions for things we had never even thought of. We ended the meeting and just looked at each other and said, "and we thought we liked the other 2?!?!?" No comparison. We felt such relief after talking with them. I can't even explain the weight they lifted off of our shoulders.
We hired them immediately!
Our next 2 meetings were equally as productive and made us feel so much more at ease with the situation. We ended up hiring waitstaff thru them as well and they were equally as personable and detail oriented as Sandra and Michelle.
The day of came ( Sept 23rd, the day tropical cyclone 16 was headed into town 🙄) We had to rearrange our entire set-up due to the rain. But we both felt no anxiety the entire day, and that was because we had full trust in Sandra and Michelle. We let them do their thing, knowing it would look amazing. (We actually had no idea what the place even looked like before we walked in) They were there way before they had to be, they rearranged everything to be inside because of the rain, (like, a whole new floor plan on the spot) got everything set up and looking gorgeous. All in a tropical storm. Throughout the nite they constantly checked in with us, and our guests, asking if we needed anything. They went above and beyond every second of the night.
Perfect example... When i changed into my sneakers Sandra saw me, stopped what she was doing, picked up my foot and tied my shoes for me!! I seriously don't have the words to tell you how great they are.
They made our wedding absolutely incredible and 100% stress free. Doing that for any wedding is no easy feat, but ours had more than a few curve balls thrown in there. We can't thank them enough for what they did for us.
If you made it to the end of this very long reveiw, don't even give it a second thought, HIRE THEM!!!

Hibiscus Events staffed the brunch the day after my wedding. The women who worked the event were so lovely and friendly, and did an excellent job making sure everything was set up perfectly, helping my guests, re-filling items, and did an all around fabulous job. Thank you to Hibiscus Events for being so wonderful!

Hibiscus events planned and staffed my intimate back yard wedding. It was beautiful, working with Sandra was amazing. Everything was easy and smooth. When there were hiccups she reassured me that everything would go as planned. She is able to adapt and get the job done. The process was great and I will be using this company again.
