They are very unprofessional, cancel my event 2 days before the date..It been closed to a month now and I still have not received all my refund. This the last text for the owner Aliyah Brogdon to me..

First of all, you paid $1550 plus tax. $1626 total.

I don’t know nor at this point do I care why you were refunded $1000 first but when our offices are open I will be sure to look into the remainder. I know your confirmation emails were sent today because I made sure of it so you could quit calling and texting people. They are sent in the order that it’s processed because that’s how PayPal does it, it has to be broken up by payment. If you keep calling and texting I will block you from contacting me and you will ONLY have access to my assistants who have a 24-48 hour response time.

This is after waiting over 25 days for my refund. And their policy said it takes up to 10 business days for refunds. The still owed me 626.20 because 500 payment was completed and 500 pending. I will NEVER Recommend is Hall to anyone it’s pure headache. She Still owes the lady that recommended me.. like myself she didn’t get to use the Hall either.
