I worked with Kate at MultiCityTrips for a vacation with my husband to Slovenia and Croatia. I was very impressed with the entire planning process. Kate listened to what I wanted to see and do, and put together a customized trip based on how I like to travel. She also talked to me about visiting some places I wouldn’t have known about and they were fabulous. In addition, I felt very well taken care of during the trip because there were daily updates on the following days’ activities including links to meeting places for walking tours, boat trips and more. Kate was reachable any time I had a question. For the cost, I felt like the value of the service exceeded my expectations. I would use MultiCityTrips for future travel and highly recommend Kate for Slovenia and Croatia.

My husband and I had been wanting to go to Greece and Croatia. I was looking into booking it on my own but was having a hard time figuring out the logistics - how to get from point A to point B, best locations to stay, etc. We decided to use Multi City Trips and had a great experience! They booked us all of the transportation in between cities/countries, including private drivers in Croatia that made stops in cute towns or national parks. The hotels that they booked us were in great locations that were walkable to all the attractions. The itinerary they created for us was super useful and user friendly. They booked us some great tours but we also appreciated having some free time built into the itinerary to explore on our own (though they can also customize your itinerary to be as many or as little tours as you want). Overall it was a successful vacation thanks to Multi City Trips!

We were planning a trip of a lifetime….4 countries and 10 cities in just 12 days! We didn’t know if our desired itinerary was even feasible let alone where to start bringing it to life. Once Kate at MultiCity Trips confirmed the itinerary was feasible (albeit aggressive) and she knew our budget, she pulled together every detail. She understood our priorities from an entertainment and lodging perspective and we were happy with each decision she made! Kate texted us each evening during our trip providing the details for the following day. We power-toured through Portugal, Spain, France, and a day-trip to Monaco. Kate incorporated every single request we made to design our trip of a lifetime visiting both London and Paris. MultiCity Trips is a “one stop shop” for planning a travel experience (not simply a trip). The great thing about the service is that it is truly personalized - your itinerary is uniquely your own. We found our liason Kate to be immensely knowledgeable about the travel industry, our destinations and how to maximize our time in each. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen. My husband and I recently took a trip to Venice, Florence Tuscany and Rome. We do not like touring with a large group of people and enjoy discovering areas on our own. I tried planning this myself and found it overwhelming. I came across Kate at multi city trips. I discussed with Kate things we would like to do, areas we would like to see and things we felt we did not want to do very much of. Within a short amount of time Kate presented us with a full itinerary. There were only a couple changes we made, and Kate had some very thoughtful and helpful suggestions for us, since we had never traveled to Italy before .She quickly finalized our itinerary. I cannot stress enough how easy she made our entire trip. Immediately after getting our luggage in Italy, we were greeted by someone with my name on a whiteboard. They took us to a water taxi, which was waiting for us. We walked past lines and lines of people who were waiting for their water taxis. From the train tickets to the accommodations everything felt first class without first class prices. We had one of the only hotels in our area with a balcony overlooking the Duomo and a Central Square. What a special feeling, having breakfast and cappuccino on the only balcony. Kate set up wine, tastings, and lunches at the most beautiful wineries. We did have a couple very small group tours. Those tour guides were always early and waiting for us. We had a private driver one day taking us to very small villages. Again he was early and waiting for us. We never waited for anyone , never waited in lines . Kate was was available to us 24/7 if we needed anything or had any issues. Which we did not . She texted every night to ask how our day was, and to remind us what we had planned for the next day . Our trip was custom planned exactly the way we wanted it. We will definitely use their service in the future, and would highly recommend them for any trip planning . I can’t wait to see what is in store for us next time.

Kate with MultiCityTrips planned our 12 day trip to Spain in September. From the personal itinerary to the daily updates, the level of planning made traveling in a foreign country so easy and carefree. The TripCreator app they had us install on our phone was such a great tool. It was loaded with our itinerary with interactive GPS directions to all the "to dos" or directions back to the hotel if we chose to walk. Kate really listened to what we wanted to see and how we preferred to travel and managed to get us to all the things we requested and then some. She arranged everything from private guides, hotels, restaurants and rail travel, even offering suggestions on things we hadn't considered. I cannot recommend Kate and MultiCitiTrips enough for any travel needs. We will defiantly be using them on our next vacation!
