My wife and I paid for a trip that was changed to later in the year because of Covid in 2020 and the wedding being changed. The trip cost went down, but we paid earlier in the year when it was more expensive. We have tried working with my travel agent who has been great but has to go through Jen Palka at ALG and she stated that we could not get our extra money that we paid back, because we were given an option to keep it or receive cash which was never offered to us, and our own travel agent was never given that option. I tried contacting Jen Palka via phone and email multiple times with no answers or responses. Then my travel agent informed me that she talked to him and refused to respond to me and that I should contact the customer service email in which I did and have received no response this is going on two years since the original payment was made and is ridiculous that the difference in trip cost will not be refunded. If the trip increased, we would have been expected to pay that difference. ALG and Jen Palka got their cut of the trip payments which we had about 10 different couples booking with them, and one has been paid back some money that they were owed. Advise the customer service from Jen Palka has been absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Being in sales myself this is not a way to conduct business.
