I am a state client here at caregivers home solution , I am extremely happy with the services they provide. My case manager Ashley who visits monthly. She always asks me. How am I doing and always is attentive on my care and what I need. I'm also happy with the caregiver that I have on my case. The caregiver is amazing and when the case manager comes to do the monthly visits. She always trains the caregivers on the things that I need. I am extremely happy with their services and anyone that joins this agency would be too.

I am a state client with the agency- and I truly feel that they are excellent. My caregivers are amazing and they provide phenomenal care- I truly like them. Everyone is the office is amazing and treats me and my caregivers with respect. I love how Ashley comes and visit me and checks on how I'm doing. I truly enjoy her too. Bree is very nice, but the case managers are clueless, zero communication skills towards family member and client (Lori raised her voice at client and insisted on her signing her stuff knowing family member was power of attorney). Caregivers steal, eat all client's food, don't clean, don't cook, don't help with any chores they are hired for. Caregivers spend 99.9 % of time on the personal phone and raise their voice at client if client asks for help. Client was mentally abused, verbally abused, neglected, abandoned ( ended up hitting self on the wall when she was left alone) and made fun of by caregivers. I would NOT hire this company if you paid me, now that i know how horrible they are.

My mom is part of Adult Family Living service, and I am her care giver thru Caregiver’s Home Solutions. I was introduced to the agency thru SWCAA. I am lucky to be part of their organization.

The minute I walked in the entire staff treated me as I am a long-lost family member. After that first day, everything has been so smooth. They put me on ease and all they did was help, help, help, support, support, and support. They have provided me much needed emotional support and have guided me through helpful training for my mom’s care needs.

Their staff: Stacy, Bree, Melissa, Maricruz. and most recently Joe. Whoever I get in touch with, ALL of them are more than supportive. They are always going the extra mile to help us.

I can go on and on about their care, love, help, support, kindness, patience, willingness, encouragement, and guidance.
