We worked with Kelly and she was amazing! She helped us with everything not just booking our resort and airfare. We had so many questions and she helped us with so much even after we were booked and paid. From the beginning she helped us narrow down our choice of resort based on our interests and budget. Then she answered a ton of questions about what to expect regarding shopping and cash exchanges, tipping customs, current converters for my curling iron etc. and so much more. I’m sure if I’d asked she could have made recommendations about what clothes to pack! Definitely a great choice in a travel agent.
