Wonderful service. Everything was wonderful easy the car was clean and comfortable.
The lady in the front was super friendly and helpful very pleasant and professional she gave me all the information I needed.

I rented a white Polestar 2 with Florida plates. The car was roach infested after I got it cleaned I started seeing roaches especially after I turned on the heat. They were popping up everywhere I killed like 4 in a hour. All they said was return it or get it detailed and they would give me a credit. So I returned it immediately no sorry for messing up your week and waisting your time and money. How can you drive a car knowing roaches can get on you or into your personal stuff like bags etc. Or worst my clients…how can I explain that to my client if they see a roach…stay away from them. This never happened to me in my lifetime just disgusting.

Shantalle and Tanya went above and beyond to find me an SUV after the one I was going to be renting had its contract extended with the current renter at the last minute. I was told there were no more SUVs but that I would get a full size sedan. Unfortunately, this wouldn't work for me and I mentioned the need for an SUV due to my intended plans. Without another word, they began furiously calling around including the shop, which had 2 SUVs that weren't schedule to be ready that day. After many calls and a few hours later, I was able to pick up the SUV, as originally booked. I highly recommend both ladies for their top notch customer service, warm and caring nature, determination and tenacity. I will definitely be using Hertz in Shelton in the future and highly recommend others do the same.

Very very rude with customers. I had many bad experiences in the recent past.

I think it’s time to teach Hertz a good lesson. I will not be taking a vehicle from Hertz if they repeat it again.

Trust the reviews, I made a reservation through uber and when I got there, no vehicles available. Guy claimed to have called me in the morning, but I didnt receive ANY calls and I was working since 6am. Not worth the hassle and time/money.

Company did not charge my card and had on the account that I still was in possession of the vehicle a week after I had to call customer service for the company to process the payment and close off the account the following day the $258 of my rental was taken from my credit card and everything was fine the day after that $269 was taken from my account without my permission which exceeds the $200 security deposit I was told it was for I don’t understand how you can hold someone’s money after the transaction has already been done and it exceeds what is in the arrangement will not be renting from this location or any Hertz at all

I am a Uber driver. Don't rent from Hertz,
They over charged my husband account.
And still repoes the car after it was paid.
If I could give them zero stars I would. We want our refund back since they sold the car!
