I really enjoyed working with Colleen this past weekend for Jenn and Danny's beautiful wedding at Le Chateau! Colleen is very organized and a great communicator. She has a way of keeping everything flowing smoothly, while being a calming presence that is so needed on a wedding day.

Before the wedding, Colleen set aside time to talk through the timeline with me, the videographer, and the bride to make sure we were all on the same page and had the information we needed leading up to the day. I really appreciated the time she took before the wedding day to bring the team together!

Early on in the planning process, I grappled with the idea of whether hiring a wedding planner/coordinator was even necessary, but if there was one vendor I would recommend again and again it would be Colleen. She went above and beyond and was such a source of support throughout my year and a half of planning and on the day of. I'm not from CT nor do I have anyone I know in the area, and she was so helpful with vendor suggestions and navigating around in general. She is incredibly organized and on top of everything and made super helpful spreadsheets and timelines for my wedding party and vendors. I transported a truckload of decor from western NY to CT with just a vague vision of how I wanted things to look, and she made that vision come to life. Colleen's professionalism was evident in the coordination of all the vendors prior to and the day of the wedding. Colleen along with her staff were on-site and ensured everything moved along seamlessly. The focus for me was then just on the wedding itself. There were no surprises as Colleen prepared an extremely comprehensive wedding timeline. The bridal party and immediate family knew where they had to be and what they had to do every step of the way.

It was obvious from when we first met Colleen that she was totally dedicated to our event. It all started with her! And ended beautifully!
