Great customer service and a great bounce house! We rented 5 tables, 14 chairs, and a large bounce house from J&R for my daughters 2nd birthday. The set up and take down was fast and easy. the equipment was clean and well maintained. We even had a rain storm at the end of our party and they came and picked up with ease! We will definitely be using them again!

Good communication....I called to place an order and got the tables/chairs delivered the next day. Pick up was a breeze also. Clean, good quality chairs and tables for my party. I would call J&R again for future needs.

I rented the castle bounce house with the slide. The thing was massive! It made my daughter’s 8th Birthday Party a success. Her cousins, friends, and classmates had a blast! It was in pristine shape. They set up in no time and didn’t take very long to break it down. Communication was excellent. The price was a steal considering I rented a bounce house that was a third the size from another company and it cost me more than this did. The thing was almost as big as my house! (Ranch) I will be using J&R for my 3 kids from now on. I highly recommend them!
