I proposed to my girlfriend after an incredible helicopter tour of NYC which culminated at a landing on a heliport located on the Hudson River in Ossining. Everything about our experience was excellent, from the preparations with Samantha and Ana to the flight itself. Our fantastic pilot waited for us to take pictures with the helicopter after landing, and even posed for one with us by my request. Thank you Wings Air!

Kieran was awesome, a trip to the Hamptons and back, smooth, professional and totally enjoyable, what a great experience!!! Kieran is totally a great pilot, very knowledgeable and explained all my questions and shared information about the trip, safety measures and made dad and I feel so comfortable, I highly recommend them!!!!

I booked the 45 min tour as a surprise for my husband! What a GREAT experience! I opted to have the transfer from our hotel which made the experience all so easy!

Everything was awesome from meeting our host Anna to flying with our pilot Andrew. We did the doors on flight for two lasting 45 minutes.
The rose bouquet they delivered to my wife for our anniversary was gorgeous and she loved them, roses were a pefect red color and beautiful. The champagne was nice and cold.
The flight itself was great, very relaxing and you can see everything forward and on both sides. You can communicate within your group members and pilot via their headphones.
We took off at a private airport in White Plains NY and literally circled Lady Liberty, we went over the big city and was able to capture great pictures and videos with our cell phones.

The morning of our reservation, they cancelled our flight.

While other flight times were offered later that evening, sadly none of them worked. Things happen, they had a more important flight to take care of, which is understandable...but the followup service with this company offers more spin than a rotor blade.

Management only offered a 3 week window to rebook our flight, heading into the holidays. When asked to provide a longer window to rebook my time, they just provided more information on why I should have been prepared for this to happen, like it was my fault.

I would keep your expectations grounded with Wings.

I had one of the worst experiences with Wings Air.

We initially booked a private charter, which was later canceled due to the unavailability of the aircraft. It’s baffling why the aircraft and tour were listed as available in the first place.

Instead, we were placed on a shared flight, which was significantly less expensive than the private charter we had originally paid for. To make matters worse, during the flight, a passenger became motion sick, forcing the pilot to return mid-flight. As a result, we missed all the sights promised in our original tour, such as Midtown Manhattan, Central Park, and the Empire State Building.

On returning, there was no one to address the situation. Rob eventually showed up, but instead of providing a solution, he told us that we either had to leave or he would call the police. Meanwhile, Eric and Anna stopped responding to our emails entirely. No one was willing to come on a call, nor did they reschedule the flight or provide a refund.

This was by far one of the most frustrating, unprofessional, and disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.

Great company from top to bottom! Anna was awesome with planning and scheduling from the moment I contacted them. I used the company for a charity golf outing to do a helicopter ball drop on the course. A little unorthodox but they were certainly up to the challenge. The pilots were VERY professional and down to earth. The event was a huge success and we can't wait to use them again next year!
