I have been here for 2 events, and both times were beautiful and a great time! Now I've booked my wedding here! The process was stress free, and everyone was so nice! Little details and courtesy made it easy for me to say yes to this venue. While there, I met the owner, the manager, the chef, bartender and all were super nice. Amanda, my coordinator, went above and beyond my expectations for what I envisioned for my event. I can't wait for the big day!!!

We had such a great time at the recent Tea Party! Everything from the entrance, the photo opportunities, the table arrangements, the food, the giveaways, to the host was amazing. I wish I had taken a handful of ladies instead of my kiddos!! 😂 great event! The attention to detail made this tons of fun. Looking forward to the next one!!

The San Antonio Council on Alcohol and Drug Awareness (SACADA) has hosted our charity luncheon at Pedrotti Ranch for several years, but this year (October 24, 2024), we transformed it into an evening gala—and it was spectacular. The rustic yet elegant ambiance provided the perfect backdrop, offering a unique blend of Texas charm and sophistication that our guests absolutely loved. The event spaces were spacious and impeccably maintained.

The staff at Pedrotti Ranch exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and attention to detail relieved so much of our stress, allowing us to focus on connecting with our guests and enjoying the evening. The coordination team worked closely with us, accommodating every need to ensure flawless décor, audio-visual setup, and catering. Speaking of the food, it was exceptional! Many guests raved about how much they enjoyed the meal.

Pedrotti Ranch made our gala an unforgettable evening, and we are incredibly grateful for their hospitality. This venue has soo many different options from small to large inside and outside spaces, to food catering, to event planners. Overall we love the staff and owners as they do all they can to ensure a great and successful event. They even put on some their own events throughout the year and have even done meals at holidays which are amazing!!! We definitely enjoy this place and their teams.

I hosted my mom's 70th birthday there 2 weekends ago and we were blown away at the execution from start to finish.
Anytime you host an event at a new venue it can be scary but from the moment I met with Amanda I knew she understood my vision. While the venue lends itself to a western theme I did not want anything western and Amanda and her amazing support team worked with me every step of the way!
Executing the contract was clear and easy, no hidden language. Selecting the event colors and décor was super easy and one of the main reasons I chose Pedrotti's. As a busy career woman I did not have time to manage every vendors and to my surprise Pedrotti's can handle everything. Table décor, lighting, stage, balloons, giant numbers, catering and more...
Leading up to the event I did a walk through with the team and felt comfortable with how everything was going to be executed. Sure enough on the day of everything was PERFECT. I highly recommend using Pedrotti's for your next party, company picnic, team building activity, graduation party, wedding or whatever your needs are. They are super accommodating and you will enjoy working with them like I did. Our '24 holiday party will be at Pedrotti's in December!
I'd like to give a special shout out to Mr. Pedrotti, Amanda, Pablo, Briana, Ana, Maria, Chef George and anyone else who assisted with our event.

We held our Varsity Athlete banquet here. Pedrotti's staff was outstanding and the facilities as a whole were excellent!

Had a OLine dinner there last night. Stephanie was amazing! The boys had a great time. Pickelball, putting practice, corn hole, giant jenga!

Wonderful place with friendly staff and such a fun experience! MK, the marketing director, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! I went for an event I earned from my company, and it was the best prize party I’ve ever been to! The rodeo was so fun and entertaining and the food was delicious. I got 3 plates! lol! All the decor was so thoughtful too! The owner was such a cutie pie and was so excited to have us there. We felt so loved and special!
