Hire this woman immediately!!! Hiring Charissa was, hands down, the best decision I made about our wedding. What she delivered blew me and my husband away. At first, I wasn’t sure that I even needed a wedding coordinator, but, honestly, I don’t think anything could have come together without her.

Charissa went above and beyond in every step in this process. From giving recommendations before our contract even started, to being always available for a call or a check in, to being in the most detail oriented and precise person I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

On the day itself, Charissa and her assistant, Anna, were rocks. They were calm, reassuring, joyful and in control and always knew where everyone needed to be and when. Their set up of our reception itself was gorgeous. I am certain that there a thousand untold little fires that they put out that I never even knew about.

Most importantly, Charissa is a deeply kind, generous person and that shows through in every interaction I had with her. It makes such a difference to work with someone who genuinely feels there for you. I trusted Charissa completely in this process, and I could not have been more impressed with her work. I promise: if you hire her, it will also be the best decision you’ll make!

From the moment I spoke to Charissa on the phone I knew she was the one! Her personality and her authenticity made choosing Simply Loved Weddings a no brainer. She was there every step of the way helping me make our wedding day perfect. Her team was amazing and really took my vision and made it come to life. Hiring a Wedding Planner/Day of is the BEST advice I can give. It eases the stress from the pre planning to the day of. She always made sure there was a drink in our hands, and that we were on track/schedule with what and where we were supposed to be. There was also some situations during my own day that were unpredictable, but you know who was there to save the day - Charissa! The last thing any bride wants on their wedding day is problems and people coming to her for things she shouldn’t need to worry about. She was always there! I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!

Kevin was the MVP of our wedding this past weekend. I’m not sure how we would have pulled it off without him. He was super responsive during the whole planning process, and gave great advice. He even fought for us when we were presented with an outlandish charge from the venue that wasn’t included in our contract, 8 days before our big day. He and Melissa set up our venue to perfection, from setting all of the tables, to assembling our ceremony arch, and decorating. Melissa bustled my dress with safety pins 5 minutes before introductions. Can’t say enough great things about them; would highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with bringing Charissa on board as the day-of coordinator for our fall wedding. My husband and I got married at a venue where we had to do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves (chair rentals, bathroom trailer rentals, catering, decor assembly, etc), so naturally we were overwhelmed and nervous that something was going to slip through the cracks. But, not one thing went wrong on our wedding day. Everything flowed, the reception was decorated exactly how we envisioned, and my husband and I were able to both enjoy every minute of our day, from beginning to end, without an ounce of worry. Charissa really was the glue that held everything together... and she oversaw that all of our vendors were working together to make our day so special. Even in the couple of months leading up to our day she spent time talking with us and asking questions to really get to know us and our wedding day vision. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator or even a full-on planner. She can do it all!! Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

My husband and I are very indecisive so it was really helpful to have Charissa to bounce ideas off of and she always replied to our questions quickly and with thoughtful answers.
