We recently worked with Nicole Pierce at Magical Travel to plan our Universal & Disney Vacation and we truly couldn't be happier with how the trip went. Even before we were commited to Magical Travel, Nicole went above & beyond to ensure we had all the information needed to make the best decisions for our vacation. Nicole met with us numerous times, and even whenever we requested, to go over all of our questions we had and new information about the parks. There wasn't a single beat Nicole missed with our trip. Nicole was very responsive to all of our contacts, so much so that it truly felt as if we were the only party she was working with. She had incredible recommendations and detailed information on those recommendations (explaining the reasons why this is popular and so forth). The lightning lane had just came out before our trip and she was already on top of it as if she was a part of the team that created the pass. She was sending us information on how the new system worked and she informed us of suggestions on how to make the best of the passes with our already planned trip. There was no pressure by Nicole to sign up for more than we could or needed. She was very patient and knowledgable with each interaction. This review could truly go on and on because there were so many wonderful things Nicole did to make our trip as magical as possible. We can't thank Nicole enough for her tremendous job!! Have always had great experiences with Denise and staff. My family has booked numerous vacation with Magical Travel. They have always been with us from the booking process all the way up to the day of our vacation, making sure everything is how we wanted it.

Our most recent trip was a Royal Caribbean cruise that was edited and rearranging many times since it was postponed due to covid more than 2 years ago.
