Charlie did a phenomenal job inspecting two homes for us.

On the first home, he pointed out many infrastructure issues that were hidden under fancy cosmetics, including a plumbing issue that would have cost tens of thousands to fix. We passed on this one.

On the second home, which we are now moving forward with, Charlie again made a great report. He goes into good detail, makes little notes explaining things (including ongoing maintenance recommendations, which is super helpful as a first time home buyer!), and is always willing to sit and answer questions you may have after. Would recommend him for anybody getting a home inspection.

He's also just very personable and sweet, which is so nice during a very stressful/anxious time figuring out if the house you love is solid 😁

Charles Halbert surpassed all of our expectations of what a home inspector should accomplish — he was thorough, knowledgeable, and exceptionally capable. Plus, he was patient and informative in answering our many questions. Charles prepared complete documentation of his report with many photos, highlighting areas of concern, as well as remediation suggestions.
