We had a nice ride provided by Lindsay to JFK from Avon. Our driver, Amy, arrived 15 minutes early as we were getting ready to leave a few minutes later. The ride was smooth and we got to the airport early despite a detour she took when she received an alert about a backup caused by a crash on the Merritt Parkway. We have always been pleased with the service Lindsey Limousine provides and to date was no exception.

First time for me to try this company. When plane landed in Cleveland, I instantly received an sms from Josue, the assigned limousine driver, informing me that he's at the airport and to just let him know when I'm ready to be picked up at my preferred pick up point. All went smoothly from the communications, pick-up and ride to my destination in Ohio. The driver assigned to me was professional and courteous.

Prior to the travel date, I also received an email from the company reminding me about the booked trip.

I will definitely book them again in the future.

Hiring Linsey Limousine service was the best idea I had.
My elderly mother was flying home alone, arriving late at night. Louisville, Kentucky driver Elizabeth Stone was fantastic, she was right there for my mom, put her at ease and took amazing care of her. I can't thank Lindsey Limousine and Elizabeth Stone enough.

My driver, David, was everything I want in a driver. He was at the airport when I arrived. He was a skilled driver and very smooth. Im addition, David was easy to talk to and I liked his friendly,open manner while still being very professional.
The reservation clerk , Becca, was very efficient, friendly and made certain I knew exactly where my driver would meet my plane. I can't say enough good things about Lindsey Limo.

I’m a 65-year-old woman who needed a ride to the airport at 5:30 AM, needless to say I was nervous. Jeremi J. Was an exceptional driver and extremely professional. I had the best experience because of his calm, reassuring demeanor and height! Lol. All the best. Would highly recommend.

The driver got my husband and friend to the game late. But I was OK with that. Can't control traffic. But we were charged an additional fee for going over the time. Which I wasn't told about when I booked the driver. And just an fyi look at the billing tip is included in the price.

My driver was very friendly and helpful. She called me to inform me where she was located so I could find her easily, and she was there with a sign saying who she was to pick up. I really appricated the communication to her location.
