Ive stayed here a few times already now and the service has always been pretty good. It's a nice hotel with some normally nice rooms. My last room kind of smelled for some odd reason and the furnace didn't work so my room didn't cool down much. I finally made it to the pool this visit to try to get some exercise but the pool was just too cold for me. There were only 2 or 3 jets that blew warm water and the rest weren't doing anything unfortunately. There is a pretty nice gym here as well that seems to be pretty popular. My biggest gripe is they take away the coffee at 630am so you have to go to the restaurant. Seriously, you guys aren't a cheap hotel, leave the darn coffee out so people can grab a cup and go to work or be on their way. We decided to go to the restaurant one night and ordered a beer and some shrimp tacos. After the beer was gone 1 hr later still no tacos. They kept saying it was coming however people who ordered after us got their food before us, and it was a burger. They must have been fishing for our shrimp or something. So we decided we were just gonna go since it was a 12 hr work day and we were exhausted. You'd think they'd comp us the beer, NOPE. So we went to bed hungry. Next visit we will be trying a different hotel.

Perfect for a business trip. Great restaurant and bar inside. Very nice staff.

I was on the 1st floor. The beds were so comfortable...not too soft and not too firm. Access to streaming on TV. Shower was brand new. Maid service was excellent.

The only thing that I didn't care for was that I could hear the plumbing in my bathroom. Must have been either the room next to me or above, but every time a toilet would flush I would hear the plumbing system make noises.

I had a great experience at this facility. The interior is nicely decorated and extremely clean. Best of all the staff was very friendly, with a special shout out to fellow artist, John, who greeted me as I entered, helped me to my room! and made me feel tight at home!

First time at this hotel. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Marie, at the front desk, went above and beyond for both my wife and myself making sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we expect from a Marriott Hotel. Thank you!

Where do I begin…. My wife booked a room with 2 beds for her and her sister. Upon checking in, she was told the hotel was overbooked and only had a room with 1 bed. While I recognize this sometimes happens, the customer service that Taylor (the manager) demonstrated is some of the worst I have ever experienced… Instead of trying to come up with a solution, Taylor blamed us for booking through a 3rd party site and said there’s nothing they could do… Michael, if that’s how your staff are going to treat your customers, then I suggest you stop advertising your hotel on 3rd party sites. Not once, have I ever booked a hotel room on a 3rd party site and not at a minimum gotten the # of beds that I paid for…. But to be blamed by your staff for booking through such a site which is the reason why we didn’t get what we paid for is unacceptable on so many levels. I strongly suggest that you hire staff going forward who know the meaning of customer service… because what we experienced tonight was appalling!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I stayed here Jan 28-29, 2025. While there a staff member tried to enter my room without knocking or announcing themselves; fortunately I had the door barred. When I raised my voice in surprise they blamed another staff member then shut the door.
Later in the day I called and left a message for management politely saying their actions were both impolite and unsafe but have had no response after 3 business days.
No matter how nice this location is, I won’t be going back as this is one of those concerns that at least warrants a return phone call.

Hotel isn’t too bad but this night the hotel was overrun by youth hockey families with all the associated chaos. Had I known I’d have gone elsewhere. However if you enjoy mayhem and non stop door slamming, running and yelling all night then bring a few bottles of booze and join the fracas. Some hotels hire extra security to keep the peace but I saw none. Aw heck who needs sleep anyways.

Best experience I had this trip. I have been here many times but for the first time I had great dining experience l. Deion was courteous, very welcoming and he listened. Lunch was great experience, I plan on giving the restaurant a second chance. Thank you Deion!!
