The United States Fish and Wildlife Services Togiak National Wildlife Refuge is an outstanding pearl worthy of visiting and protecting. This office in Dillingham does an outstanding job of keeping tabs on what is going on in the refuge. More importantly, this office looks to keep the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge as it has always been. The refuge is one of the best ways to see things in Alaska before non-Native Alaskans arrived to change so many things within Alaska.

Along with lots of caribou, the refuge has populations of moose, brown and black bears, wolverines, arctic fox, porcupines, red fox and many other animals. A wide variety of fish species live as they always have.

This is a great place to visit. Just go to the website and read the rules and regulations first. Most importantly, try to leave everything the way you found it for the next visitors.
