Omni put in heat pumps for us this summer, and this winter they offered to come out to adjust some of the settings to make heating our house more cost efficient. We had our old 1930's boiler and oil tank removed and had a high efficiency boiler/ water heater system and a multi - head mini split system installed by Omni Mechanical Services. I had gotten a few estimates and Omni's was by far based on equipment and price the best deal. Tom, the owner, has put together a great group of technicians. Everything went like clockwork. I would highly recommend his company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I was impressed with the whole process. OMNI mechanical reached out to me 2 times to advise that Kevin would be delayed due to another boiler emergency and advised I would receive a text from Kevin when he was on his way. Even though there was a delay for my visit, I was well informed of the process the entire time and I never felt forgotten about. Kevin is an absolute gem. He took the time to listen, was kind, smiled and was truly a professional. Don't let him go!

Kevin is the best; I appreciate technicians like him who genuinely care about their work and take the time to ensure that the customer is satisfied before moving on. Kevin came out to service our older boiler and could identify parts that needed replacing, saving us thousands of dollars compared to replacing the entire system. Thanks again to Kevin and the Omni team for getting us heat before this cold winter!

Really disappointed with this company.

I purchased a KLC furnace / Bosch 20 see heat pump + new oil tank kit (~$15k) late 2023 through Omni and had nothing but issues since the beginning of the project.

They mis-measured the oil tank and were unable to place it in the basement and only informed me of this on the installation date. The oil tank had to remain outside and I was charged an additional 700$ for an outside cover. The condensate pump also broke shortly after the install.

Now, only a year later after having the system installed, the Aux heat would not work and their technicians (who are not trained on how to maintain the high efficiency systems the company sells) could not determine the root cause of the issue after 3 diagnostic sessions.

We ended up having to be without heat for the last weeks of December with a new born baby in the house since the Aux heat would not work and it was too cold for the heat pump to function... The earliest availability of the only tech who understood these systems was in January.

I ended up calling another local HVAC company who diagnosed and solved the issue, along with a tech from the manufacturer assisting on the phone, in 15 minutes (it was a bad relay on the board).

Omni still invoiced me for all their visits even though nothing was done or solved (a total of almost 600$).

I had a Mitsubishi mini split system installed by Omni Mechanical on July 16, 2024. The estimation process was easy with no pressure. Tom was very informative and helpful with what I would need to cool my home. The installers did a great job overall but there was one issue that surfaced the next day. It took several days (delay was partly because of the weekend) to have the problem corrected. Tom came back to fix it personally at a time convenient for me so that I would not have to take time off from work. He also reviewed the rest of the installation with me. The system is back up now and working fine. I am satisfied with the installation and customer service I have received.
