Ignores the needs of their clients! Allows injuries to occur without taking them to receive medical care and denies the extent of said injuries. Could have avoided the passing of another client, had they listened to a staff member about their concerns for her health. If you want to feel safe and secure about your loved one's care, go somewhere else. Most of these positive reviews are by employees!
