TOTAL SCAM!!
Purchased 4 GA tickets on October 2022, for $250 each PLUS $316 service fee for a total of $1,336.20. They never sent me the tickets. I contacted them via phone and email several times and they are trained to give you the run around and steal your money. All employees I spoke to give you the same script either via email or phone. Of course tickets never made it, I lost my money and even my credit card company won't protect it because it was over 60 days from the time of the transaction to the time I realized it was a scam. Took too long because I was expecting the tickets in for months (purchased them 5 months in advance).

I purchased three tickets to see the Rolling Stones on July 10, 2024 (ORDER #44620902). After 24 hrs, I received an email from them to 'Claim my tickets' and a secure.tickets wallet link, but these tickets do not look like original tickets, simply that someone has 'Shared' them with me but has not 'Transferred' the ownership of these tickets. I emailed them explaining the situation and that I do not accept these tickets because they are still owned by the seller, and that these tickets should be properly transferred to my TicketMaster account.
This is an essential step as the current owner of the tickets is the Seller. As per the Terms and Conditions on their website, "Electronic Transfer Electronic transfer delivery may not be available for immediate access. After placing an order, USER will receive an email with instructions on how to accept the electronic transfer; therefore, it is important that USER provides accurate email address information during the order process. The USER will be required to create an account with the associated ticket transfer system to gain access to the tickets, and USER must have access to a smart device to present the QR code displayed via the electronic transfer system for entry at the event. USER is responsible for contacting Customer Support should USER not receive the email instructions, be unable to accept the ticket transfer, or be unable to locate the ticket transfer email. Neither SITE nor FULFILLER will issue refunds for USER'S failure to provide a correct email address or accept ticket transfer offer. Neither SITE nor FULFILLER will issue refunds in the event a USER declines the ticket transfer offer. "
It is clear on their T&Cs that this should be a TRANSFER and not a SHARE of tickets, which are completely different terms. Transfer of ownership means that I will be the one owning the tickets, they would be under my TicketMaster account name and it is the only way to know that the Seller hasnt posted the tickets on other websites to sell them. Transferring the tickets is the official proof that the tickets have been purchased by me and that they are mine. Moreover, I want to add the tickets to my e-Wallet and this is not possible with the secure.tickets link, because these are simply being shared and not owned by me at the moment, although I purchased them. What if I wanted to sell the tickets because I cannot attend the event? This would not be possible because currently they are not mine, which is disgraceful.
I have contacted them via email and they said they forwarded this to the Customer Service department and that they would take a couple of days to reply. If I do not get an answer within the next two working days and a solution to this problem (the official transfer of the tickets), I will file a claim with my Credit Card issuer and will contact the State's Consumer Protection and the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I cannot emphasize how bad they are. They waited until 30 minutes before a concert to tell me they didn't have tickets and then refunded me. Thanks so much.

we bought tickets and the event was cancelled. No one told us about this and 26 days later there was no refund. I called their phone number but it doesn't accept calls. I emailed and an auto message said they are busy. I think this place is a scam. It's unlikely we'll get our money back for the theater tickets. i am not buying Broadway tickets from anyone until i can go to box office. there are too many of these scam online. places

They bait and switch you. Thought I bought great up front seats for a musical, never received tickets so I called they said that row was listed by mistake and I could have mezzanine seats for the price I paid which he said was a great deal considering the mezzanine was "more expensive" total lie! If this truly was a mistake it would have been rectified on the website however that row of seats ionic STILL available for purchase, which only confirms suspicions. Had I bought on Ticketmaster I would have saved $50. I tried getting a refund but was told NO so I will be disputing with my CC. The guy was very rude. Also this was the seller I was talking to which is a 3rd party separate from TicketNetwork, but TN backed up their unethical business practices. This company needs to be out of business!

I've had nothing but issues after ordering from TicketNetwork. After placing my order through SeatGeek, I received no confirmation that my tickets would be delivered or that my payment had been processed. I waited for a few weeks, and it wasn't until that I contacted your customer support yesterday that I miraculously got an email confirming my order, one hour after I contacted support and well over a month after the order was placed. This leads me to believe that if I hadn't contacted customer support, TicketNetwork would've gladly taken my money without ever taking a moment to ensure that I had been given the tickets I paid for. This is unacceptable. Better yet, the information provided in the confirmation email said I would get another email containing my tickets shortly; unsurprisingly, that email never arrived. So I called the customer service line, only to be treated rudely by the representative. She spoke over me and gave me false information, saying that I had to download the New York Islanders app and make an account to accept my tickets (an app that doesn't exist, mind you). I hung up the call and solved the problem myself, eventually figuring out I had to make an account on the NHL website through Ticketmaster to find my tickets. TicketNetwork was of absolutely no help through this entire process and I will ensure that neither I, or anyone I know, purchases tickets from them again. Absolutely abysmal business practices and customer service.

WE'RE HEADED TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF THEY DON'T RESPOND! This is an absolute scam. They currently owe me almost $600 and refuse to acknowledge or communicate in any way. The positive reviews are probably paid for. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TICKET NEEDS

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Like many others, I was tricked into thinking it was Ticketmaster and i bought tickets to see my favourite artist. Bear in mind, I'm 15 and I don't make money, this is years of saving up towards these tickets. They charged me double or triple for tickets and now with the rescheduling, they won't give me a refund! I have read reviews of people who's tickets didn't even work at the venue, so naturally I wanted a refund from this SCAM but they refused. Now I'm out 400$ from years of saving up to see my favourite artist, and I probably won't even get to see him, also they literally gave me the worst seats in the place. This company should not be allowed to run. Also, customer service is TERRIBLE. People on the phone are insanely rude.
