Alexandria was awesome. She was prepared for the tour providing us with all the needed information.After visiting different places we decided to go with Vintage at the Grove and one of the main reasons was the great staff. We pushed the moving day one week earlier and it was not an issue thanks to the whole team effort. I will recommend this place.

My experience at Vintage at the Grove was awful. After a year without causing any damage, I was unjustly charged for alleged damages. Despite having insurance, they failed to understand. Maintenance was poor, electricity bills were $340 every two weeks, to make matters worse, there was a break-in in the community parking lot, where our BMW was parked. They also refused my request for a closed garage. Avoid this place if you can.

My husband and I lived at Vintage at the Grove for three years. It was the first apartment we got together. We chose it due to the location and due to its competitive pricing with very comparable complexes in the surrounding area. During our time living at Vintage, it was just what we needed. It had a spacious walk-in closet, in-unit washer/dryer, large bathroom, and the option for a garage. Routine preventative maintenance was performed, which helped us not have to worry about taking care of things ourselves. It was close to many restaurants, shopping centers, Costco, etc., which was very convenient. A few cons, but likely would be the same at any other complex: walls were thin, which meant you can hear downstairs/upstairs neighbors, and there were gaps/openings in the windows/doors, which allowed some bugs to enter. Although you can hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors, you never heard the neighbors that were adjacent to your unit – until you walk into the hallways, which was good. We eventually moved when we decided we needed more space. After moving, there are some things we miss at Vintage, such as: the large tub/shower, the spacious bathroom, and the large hot water heaters. The staff at the leasing office, especially Robyn, were always pleasant and helpful whenever we needed anything or had questions.

We had a great experience at Vintage. Anna was very helpful with our move in given that we were new to the country and had limited credit to work with along with a short time frame to secure an apartment. We never had any issues with maintenance or package losses and the residents them selves are mostly very friendly.
Sadly we had to cancel our lease as we were forced to move out due to work reasons. Miranda was very helpful with our move out and we had no issues with our deposit or any other unexpected move out expenses/fees.
