We found Vintage Soul Events on the Knot a few months before our wedding after getting overwhelmed with planning, and we are so pleased to have met Amy and her family! Amy is incredibly kind and thoughtful. She truly made our wedding everything we wanted and more based on my Pinterest board and a few conversations. Everything was so beautiful, from the arch and chairs at the ceremony to the dining tables and decor at the reception, every detail was taken care of! If you’re getting married and have the option to use Amy and Kenny, don’t hesitate just book. We used their services for our wedding at the Crescent Hotel and Thorncrown Chapel.

From the early interactions it was clear that they brought not only an incredible amount of experience in planning weddings but also an invaluable list of vendors and recommendations to offer. They are well known within Eureka Springs and it was surprising when we didn’t hear a vendor express how lucky we are to be working with Amy. I’m always cautious when I hear a handful of people tell me someone is “the best”… but you can safely add me to that list.

Regarding her professional services - Amy knows how to navigate this process inside and out. It’s more than just booking things… it’s understanding when to do things and when things should be completed by. She puts you at ease while simultaneously making you feel heard. Planning a wedding is stressful so having someone explain exactly what you should worry about and when takes so much stress out of the situation. Day of, she was just fully on top of it. She told us where to be and when. She coordinated with the chapel. She even asked in advanced if there was a need to navigate/manage any of the stressed family members. Her floral arrangements and decorations were superb and so many told me the same.

On the personal side, Amy and Kenny are lovely people. They genuinely care about your event and want it to be special. There is just an earnestness in both of their demeanors that makes you confident they are there for you… the business transaction is an afterthought.

It really is hard to put into words how much we appreciated their help. Again… if you think you might need a wedding planner, just book Amy and Kenny. You won’t regret having them at your side.

Pure magic. Amy and her husband, Ken outdid themselves: I just gave them our colors and theme, and told them to have fun. We had tears of joy when we walked into the reception hall and saw the elegant wonderland they had created, making all our dreams of a unique rustic-vintage celebration come true. Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is kind and caring while remaining professional at all times. Amy at vs events was incredible. She made my wedding reception into the fairytale wonderland i wanted. My huaband was very skeptical of the pricing and we did not agree in the beginning with all of the costs but after seeing the wonderland she created for us he was very happy and says it was worth every penny. Amy is very honest, fair and willing to work with you on eveything. She is so dedicated and knowledgeable i couldnt not have had all of this without her.
