Natalie was such a HUGE help on my wedding day and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! My floral designers didn't come through, and Natalie made floral arrangements herself and set the tables. I highly recommend her for wedding coordination. She has great advice and is extremely organized. She is a true BLESSING!

I do not know how to put into words how wonderful Natalie with Country Sugar was. For my husband and I, she was truly a heaven sent. We were not initially going to spend the money on a planner, but after multiple people insisted, we finally caved. I can say with the utmost certainty that my wedding was as wonderful as it was mainly because of The Country Sugar team. We decided that we only needed the two weeks package that Natalie offers because I had completed almost everything for the wedding prior to meeting her. When we met with Natalie to go over everything it was the first time I truly felt at ease because she took all of my stress away. She contacted all of my vendors to make sure they had everything they needed and were there on time based on the detailed schedule she made for us. On the day of my wedding, she showed up early without thinking twice about it because we had a few issues with our DJ (even though she was sick!). If there were any problems on that day, I had absolutely no idea because Natalie handled the day so perfectly. I could go on forever about how blessed we were to have Country Sugar help us on our big day. I would HIGHLY recommend Natalie and her team to anybody!!!

Natalie from Country Sugar Events did an amazing job. She was always very professional and very detail oriented. Our wedding day was stress free and both my groom and I got to enjoy our day with our family and friends. Everything went according to plan and she was able to adjust and rearrange our reception area for things that we had no control over such as the weather. My fiancé and I were planning our SA wedding from the East Coast, and to say we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin would be an understatement. Natalie listened to our vision, respected our budget, and recommended vendors she trusted to help us narrow down our options. Given the strong relationships she has with vendors, we were able to get better deals than we otherwise would have been able to. I honestly think the difference in what we saved (not to mention the time and stress) more than paid for Natalie's fee. Leading up to the wedding, she totally took over and managed all of the logistics. Not only did Natalie handle all of the details, she was a great sounding board as I debated decor ideas and whether certain additions were worth it. On the day of the wedding I knew Natalie would make sure everything went smoothly and ensure our vision truly came to life. There were some bumps in the road (freezing temperatures in Texas and a broken earring, for example), but Natalie had a plan for it all. She kept us focused and on time, allowing us to truly just take in the day and enjoy every moment. I still can't get over how perfect the day was, and I can't thank Natalie enough for the crucial role she played. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my SA friends.

We utilized Country Sugar’s full-service planning for our December ‘19 wedding. Simply put, Natalie and the Country Sugar team gave us a wedding day that far exceeded anything we could dream up.

From the get-go Natalie clearly understood our vision and was able to involve all the right people, and make all the right suggestions, to bring it to life. She was incredibly reliable, responsive, enthusiastic, and decisive when we needed her to be. We ended up trusting her opinions implicitly. At the same time, she made the planning process feel very collaborative and let us be as involved as we wished. There were plenty of tears seeing the reception space, with all the thoughtful details she included. It felt personalized and reflected us as a couple so well.

The day-of could not have been more perfect. Knowing she was running the show, we felt stress free and were able to soak up every moment. She made sure we were where we needed to be, when we were supposed to be there. We didn’t have to think about any logistics! Everyone from our wedding party to our guests kept commenting on how easy and streamlined the whole day felt. That was all down to Natalie.

We cannot thank Country Sugar enough for giving us our dream wedding, and making the best day of our lives possible. We highly, highly recommend their services (in any capacity) for your big day. We couldn’t wait to write this review!!!

My son and daughter-in-law’s recent wedding was a destination to the Hyatt Hill Country in San Antonio, Texas. It became clear very early in the planning that we needed the help of a wedding planner. We found NATALIE with Country Sugar through the Hyatt’s list of vendors. After interviewing a couple of planners, we chose Natalie. This was the best decision we made. The Bride and Groom were able to make many decisions through email and phone calls and only had to make 3 trips to San Antonio over one year of planning. She has connections to many great vendors and most of all a very creative and organized mind. Because of guest list size and that the bride and groom not only did not live in San Antonio (they lived in 2 different locations) we chose her top plan. She helped us plan a full weekend of wedding events including a Friday Night welcome dinner, Men’s Golf outing and Ladies Wedding Day Brunch. And to top it off she stopped at Starbucks the morning of the wedding and personally delivered coffee to the brunch that morning. I can honestly say I consider Natalie my friend and I am going to miss seeing her name pop up in my INBOX!!! ☺

We did a destination wedding at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio and through them we were referred to Natalie with Country Sugar Events. This was by far the best decision we could make, she not only put us at ease the minute we met her but she completely went above and beyond our wildest dreams. With Country Sugar, you get a design packet that helps get all your ideas on paper without it being just your Pinterest page. They take your thoughts and run with it and the end product was better than I thought possible. Natalie helped us create a weekend of events from a Country welcome dinner for our guest, to Saturday Women's Brunch and Men's Golf before our wedding. She has a team the day of that take care of everything, things went so smoothly I was even able to take a quick nap before I walked down the aisle. Natalie and the Country Sugar Team are truly the fairy godmother's every bride needs when planning their big day.
