Cynthia and her team are phenomenal. Every picture I sent for inspiration was nailed to perfection. She handled every aspect and made sure we had everything & more than we envisioned. Not to mention throughout the event, her team was constantly checking in to be sure everything was going smoothly!

She claims that there was people that were telling her and her servers really disrespectful things and I told her OK well who was it and we can clear this up real quick. Because I won’t apologize without hearing both sides of the story but she didn’t want to do that but she said it was a gray haired lady, which is my mom. Her server said thanks to my mom and family for everyonecoming together and helping , so I’m not sure where the rudeness was coming from? By the time everything actually started my husband and the groomsmen weren’t even notified that we were starting so they were all in the cabin getting pictures taken with the photographer and luckily the photographer had looked out the window and seen that Pablo’s parents had already been sitting down and hurried up and got them lined up. She didn’t go and tell the guest where to go. My bridal party had to.It all boils down to like a lack of communication if there would have been better communication through the whole ordeal most of this wouldnt have even happened. And also not sure why she is posting about the budget of the wedding because I wasn’t asking for a refund. The things we agreed on were completely different from the things she was telling us. And then she started throwing the contract around at us.I was trying to avoid getting to this point, but she open that can of worms when she started lying on her page about my family, husband and myself.
