Eclipse Event Co. is hands down *the* place to go for wedding planning! From the start, the entire experience was a breeze. The owner went above and beyond by suggesting venues for us to explore *before* we even signed a contract, and I truly appreciated that personal touch. But now, let me get to the real star of the show: Art Fuentes. This review is basically a love letter to him, because I honestly can’t imagine our wedding without him.

Art was *everything*. I never once felt the stress or chaos that usually comes with wedding planning, and that’s entirely thanks to him. He helped us find incredible vendors, made key decisions easier, and even provided a super detailed timeline to keep us on track—talk about a lifesaver. And then, on the big day? Art was the *life of the party*. Everyone adored him, followed his lead, and he made sure things went smoothly. He was calm, collected, and kept me totally zen throughout the day. His team was amazing too, checking in with the bridal parties and hustling behind the scenes to handle every last detail.

There are truly not enough stars in the rating system to express how amazing having Lauren Chumbley as our wedding planner & coordinator has been. After having our venue fall through multiple times - Lauren stepped in and quickly helped stabilize our pathway to a wedding and helped us prepare, problem-solve, and follow-through every step of the way. On the day of our wedding the weather was totally ambiguous but she had layered so many flexible plans that even though we were on the backup of the backup, we said our vows under a tent with exactly the intimate and natural setting that we had wanted as rain gently started falling halfway through the ceremony. Throughout the day Lauren had the most calm, reassuring, and practical attitude - I cannot imagine anyone better at this craft.

Additionally, her recommendations on vendors were focused to our personalities and spot on every time. She never made us feel like we were behind schedule but always kept us focused on the most important thing at the time and would even circle back around when she could see us struggling with a decision.

I can't and don't want to imagine what throwing a wedding without her would have been but our wedding was the most magical I can imagine and she was such a crucial part of that. I recommend working with her without any reservation - hiring Eclipse was the smartest money we spent on our wedding.

HIRE TESSA! Seriously, there’s not much more that need to be said. Being a Type-A-Control-Freak-Hyper-Organized-Project Manager that I am, I never really thought I needed a wedding planner, but friends kept recommending that I get one, so I decided to give it a try. I wanted someone that matched my detailed oriented crazy self and could understand and execute my vision. My husband and I met with Tessa and instantly clicked with her. We interviewed a few other planners, but none could even come close to her positive energy and clear communication skills.

Tessa made the wedding planning process a total breeze. Based on just a quick chat, she understood what we wanted immediately and put together the perfect mood board. We then collaborated to narrow down vendors that were within budget and matched our styles, and every single one of them were incredible. Unlike some wedding planners that only get involved once you select and sign with vendors, she helped us handle everything from venue site visits to vendor selection and contract signing all within the listed package price. She was so helpful and patient (especially when dealing with my indecisiveness or change of hearts!), and saved us a ton of time and money with her tips and suggestions.

On top of planning, Tessa and Maria (her assistant) also coordinated our wedding day absolutely perfectly. They took away all of the stress of the day by handling vendor setups, guest arrivals, making sure we had food and a drink at all times, and that our schedule stayed on time for every event/game we wanted to do (and we had a lot lol). My parents were so impressed by her, and so many of our guests told us that this was the most beautiful, fun, and on-time wedding ever. It was honestly just the most perfect day, and I have Tessa to thank for all of it!
