Purchased two VIP fast passes and was in the attraction within two minutes of arrival! Definitely worth buying if you don’t want to wait in line. Actors were awesome and interactive. Scares throughout the haunted house were moderate. A few really cool animatronics. It was only about a 15-20 minute walk through which was a bummer compared to most haunted attractions I’ve been to. Definitely great for younger adults and teens, but it wasn’t anything super intense at all. Still had an awesome time! My favorite part was the hotel theme - so creative and original!

Very good, haunted attraction in CT I’ve been to with the least amount of actors however the best one I been to. Actors did a great job with timing and spacing of jump scares. Animatronics were really good. The designs were top tier. Elevator in the beginning was the best part. Only critique was that it was short.

Lots of good jump scares! There was a really cool elevator at the beginning and some bridge that got moved. I like that they have each group wait a few minutes before heading in, that way you don’t end up catching up to the group before you. If you need to leave for an emergency, they tell you the signal to do so the staff break character and safely help you exit.

Really loved the detailed sets - lots of room and great visuals. Loved the area with the hallway you kept going in and out of. Actors were doing a great job with resets and trying to get the best of everyone. Great haunt!

DISAPPOINTED!!! Definitely was a waste of money. There was literally only about 10 actors throughout the entire attraction. way more props than actors. They make you walk through with the ppl in front of you so you already know what’s to come. For a good portion there was nothing happening except walking through rooms with props. The costumes they were in were not scary. It’s nothing like what they make it look to be online. Idk how all the other reviews are good. The wait in line for this was not worth it. I wouldn’t Recommend going, and definitely don’t recommend spending the extra $15 per person for the fast pass.

This is my third visit to this haunt, and they continue to put on one terrifyingly fun show. Their cast of actors had me jumping, screaming and laughing the whole way through. If you’re a New England local, or visiting during October or the holiday seasons, please give this place a visit. You will not be disappointed.
