Company was poorly organized and managed for our group pick up from Newark airport. Large group had to wait over 2 hours due to a scheduling error. Our flight was 14 hours so the bus company knew for 1/2 a day precisely what time we were arriving and that we would all be tired and desiring to leave the airport as soon as possible.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wanted to give the company time to resolve the issue before leaving a review, unfortunately they failed to do so. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by DATTCO, specifically Tom Bascetta. I booked an “activity bus” for my Wedding to transport guests from hotel to ceremony, to venue and back to hotel. I was very specific with instructions that were not noted accurately. My ceremony started at 3pm and Tom had the bus show up at 3pm to the hotel to shuttle guests. My wedding was delayed by an hour due to his negligence to details. When I called to discuss the issue he was very rude and asked why I waited so long to call. Well there is this thing called a honeymoon that people go on after they get married. After explaining what had happened he was very defensive and did not take any accountability for his mistake, in short was implying I’m a liar where I requested he called the venue to confirm. Even after contacting the venue he did noting to resolve the issue. In fact continued to be rude. Do not trust them with your big wedding, it’s not worth the stress. Not to mention the driver was awful, and didn’t know how to handle the bus.

Steve is a great resource for quick information and professional service. The vehicles are in great shape and have always showed up on time, and as planned. I look forward to working with DATTCO again on many more trips.

We broke down on the Highway, we called to see if they could service our bus, they said he would be their in one hour..
The mechanic arrived within 20 mins , worked on our bus and within 1:20 mins he had us back on the road ..excellent service, for The begaining of a Father’s Day weekend

This bus company is so unprofessional. The office staff acts like kids. No help from their manager either. First student was way more helpful with parents. They would never treat people like this so called company.

The coach bus driver Kim was really considerate and she is honestly a sweat hearted person. I missed the bus before yet she was willing to bring me to my destination and I appreciate that.
