One of the best Marshalls store, lots of nice helpful workers, clean store and mostly organized shelves.. one of my favorite stores, always check it out spa, skincare, hair care, pets section, men’s clothing, women's shoes sections. Always find useful, good priced, known brand names products..

I really like the clothes in this store but I wish the changing rooms would be cleaner. The floor was dirty lots of dust bunny’s like if it hasn’t been swept in forever. Staff should sweep it up.

Visiting I lost my cell phone and Miss Shannae E helped me find my phone while everyone else watched Her as well as one of her coworkers with long, beautiful, one length hair She was the only one that would help me when I asked her for her Venmo or Cash app. She said that she was not going to allow me To perform good honest service, I was shocked What a wonderful team

I've been in better dollars store. There's no organization it looked like a New Year Eve party that went wrong. Horrible. The cashier was as sweet, helpful a great personality. Don't go there a waste of time.

This location is nice. While some departments​have a great selection to choose from, other departments leave you lacking. Their Women's full figured department (Plus size) had very little to choose from.
I had to leave to look in Rainbow (which didn't have what I was looking for either) and ended up staying Walmart (didn't find what I was looking for there either).
The lines for check out were very long (and it's not close to Holiday shopping yet). The staff has always been very courteous with me. I've always been treated very well. I just wish they had a better selection of clothing. In the past they used to have a great selection. Whomever is in charge of buying for the store needs to step up their game and stock great fashion for full figured women.

I like try to be positive. But my mother and I went to this store to buy certain item. We don't steal. I understand the need for store security. But why were we targeted as soon as we walked in? We were followed to the item we needed, of which the item was held up for careful examination because my mother is partially blind. If we were going to steal. Had I had the mindset to steal, it would have been a quick "snatch" job. We were observed to make sure we paid for the item. I guess I probably wouldn't have minded so much if it weren't for the fact that there were other potential shop lifters in the same area. Yet we were the only ones singled out.

This review isn’t about the store as whole, but more-so a specific employee. Rose. Every time I go into this store, there is an issue with her. I haven’t directly been involved in a conflict with her but I have sure seen and overheard the attitude she has had with other employees and coworkers. One instance was when she tried to discipline a ladys child. The kid was being a kid, playing around the store, and I understand it’s frustrating to deal with that as a worker, but it is not the employees place to try and discipline a kid. What she should’ve done is told the parent to keep their child with them as it is disturbing other customers. What did she do? She acted like she was the parent, yelling at the kid to stop. Not her place. Another altercation is when she was talking to a male customer whose things were taken and, rightfully, talked to a cashier about it to see if she knew what happened or if he can find someone who is taking carts and putting them back on racks. Rose said something along the lines of: “Oh well you lost your stuff..cry about it..” and rolled her eyes. Unprofessional. The third incident, which led me to finally making this review is when an employee asked her for something and she looked at them and looked away, and didn’t give them help. He had to go to other registers and cashiers that gladly helped him out. She seems to be some type of supervisor or manager, so why is she not helping her employees/coworkers do better? Super unhelpful, unprofessional, rude, conceited, arrogant, and an overall bad addition to Marshalls at Stratford Square.
