Not a good experience with Largay and the agent we had. Met with her several times but never seemed to really listen. Many issues with the final itinerary, lots of copying and pasting. Several mistakes, but Largay kept passing it off to the company in Italy. We did negotiate a partial refund from the company in Italy and directly from Largay for the many mistakes. It was apparent that Largay pushed for certain hotels, tours etc. for their kickbacks. Next time, we will do our own research and book directly ourselves. First and last time ever using a travel agent.

Did not have a good experience with the agent. We were told we would go back and forth until we got it right. Ok great, but who has time for that? I sent a list of activities we wanted and we were not listened to. By the time we got the revised itinerary back airfare increased 25%. When I expressed my frustration with the process the agent was quick to turn unprofessional so I told her don't bother. What a waste of my time. Needless to say I was inspired to become a travel agent based on this terrible experience.

In my thirty plus years of traveling, both for domestic corporate travel and international personal travel, I have never worked with a more qualified travel expert than Lena Brown. She is phenomenal!
Lena is extremely collaborative, responsive and informative throughout the whole process of travel planning which began a year before the actual two-week trip to Portugal. She created an itinerary where every single detail was covered. From the airport pickups & car service, train rides and short flights to personal guides for castle tours, unique winery tours, and even a memorable hike to the scenic south of Portugal in the Algarve region, Lena did it all. We traveled throughout Lisbon, Porto, Lagos and everywhere in between on trains, planes, Sprinter Vans and town cars. We saw cliffs, caves (both in mountains and in wineries), Fado singers, castles and vineyards. She planned restaurant reservations at some of the best restaurants in all of Portugal and housed us in the best hotels in the country all in the heart of the cities and villages.
Our group consisted of three couples with distinct preferences and opinions. She is highly collaborative and able to meet the needs of our group and provide insights and recommendations beyond what we dreamed of ourselves.
Lena kept us informed throughout the whole planning process. Despite being in a different time zone, Lena was available at a moment's notice and never wavered in her dedication and commitment to our group of six being happy and informed. Lena didn’t let a Florida hurricane stop her. The Sarasota airport was closed due roof damage post hurricane and our United flight was canceled. Lena waived her “magic wand” and got the final flight home changed to the nearby airport of Tampa with grace and elegance throughout a most difficult challenge of last minute change. She accomplished this without hesitation and went to work immediately ensuring our success in obtaining seats for all six in their respective class designation. I trusted her judgement and execution throughout the whole process and I’m deeply grateful for her winning attitude and ability to work under pressure.
I plan to use Lena Brown for my future travel planning and through her partnerships and affiliations with other travel organizations and groups I feel we received the best experience possible and the use of the “Axus Travel App” on our phones kept informed of every detail, document, time of arrival, helpful hints and everything in between our travel was a smashing success and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you Lena and Largay Travel.

We traveled with a large group to the Hard Rock in the Dominican Republic. The resort was amazing in itself but the Largay team was outstanding! Rachael, Richard and Scott made sure that all transportation, transfers, check ins/outs, group activities and dinners went off without a hitch. Herding such a large group (80+) and checking in with everyone daily was no small feat. The were extremely professional and always personable. We are currently working with Richard to plan our 10 year anniversary celebration trip. We look forward to a long relationship with Richard and the Largay team.

Barb Wright was the most caring and involved agent we have ever worked with. She went out of her way to make sure that we had the very best deal and booked exactly what we needed. She reached out several times before during, and after the trip to make sure that all was in order, checking to see if we needed anything or if she could help with anything. My Aunt and I recently took a trip to Dominican Republic with a very large group (80?). This was a Please go away event through Largay Travel. It being my Aunt's first time traveling outside the US, it was comforting to have all of the trips details set for us. We both had an amazing time meeting new people, relaxing, and trying new things. Rachael, Richard, and Scott kept us all on track, out of trouble, and having fun at each moment of the trip.
