Amazing fishing at Crystal Creek Lodge – Our group of two couples were visiting CCL for the third time and absolutely loved it. The trip was September 8-15, 2024 and we are looking forward to the next time we get to visit. CCL is FIRST CLASS all the way – starting with the guides meeting us at the airport and driving us the short 10 minutes to the lodge. The fishing was amazing on the Naknak, American, Kvichak and the Kulik rivers. We were fishing for rainbows and were not disappointed – lots of fish and lots of BIG fish with all 4 of us catching 30”+ rainbows. The guides are incredible in that other lodges could be in the general area catching a few, while we are posing for pictures with our monster catches – the CCL guides are the best. The food is incredible – custom order breakfasts, on river lunches with soup and sandwich every day and for dinner we were truly spoiled from Alaska King Crab to Tenderloin to Duck….my mouth just waters remembering it all. The lodge accommodations are fantastic and love the Beaver bar for great after fishing and after dinner hang out time. Our hosts Dan, Lynnette, Heather, Alex and the entire CCL team just make you feel like family from the minute you arrive till the time you head back home. 5+ stars for sure!

What a wonderful place to visit. Dan and the staff there are simply amazing. You will feel like you are part of their family in no time at all. And the food, OMG! The food is out of this world! Every meal was absolutely magical. |The lodge is itself is spotless, as well as warm and cozy. The views from the lodge will take your breath away. Just an awesome place.

I had heard great things about Crystal Creek Lodge from my colleagues but this was my first experience and it is an amazing facility. The staff were all so friendly and gracious from the waitress to the guides. Dan, Lynette, Alex and Heather have created an incredible culture that every employee take pride in being a part of Crystal Creek Lodge. Can't wait to return some day for my family to experience.

I went with my Daughter Maria, as well as Maite and Fernando, two very good friends of mine.||||We were very exited about going fishing to Alaska and our expectations were pretty high, but Crystal Creek somehow managed to exceed them. All we found in our trip was top class.||||The lodge, the countryside, the food and the fishing were incredible, but what we enjoyed the most was the people working at Crystal Creek. From the guides, to the cooks and staff, to the pilots and the rest of the team; they were great professionals and incredibly nice people who made us feel at home from the very beginning. ||||We are hoping to come back next season and experience it all over again.

It's been almost two weeks since my trip to Crystal Creek and I simply can't stop thinking about the incredible experience I had there. It seems that every day since I've been back I have constantly been bothering my fiance, friends, and family to show them pictures of my time in Alaska.

As soon as we walked into the lodge we were greeted by the warmest smiling faces and the most wonderful, accommodating, and adaptable staff I have ever come across while traveling.
Every day was a new adventure traveled by boat or seaplane, this may be daily life for most in Alaska however that in itself was a TON of adventure for me and my family. All of the locations we visited and fished at were so remote and private. The guides helped my whole family get hooked up with a TON of fish.

After a long day of fishing, we would retire to the lodge to enjoy some time to relax and be fed by fabulous chefs. The food here is top tier, it's like every night was a world-class dining experience and wine pairing.

I'm counting down the days until I can get back to Crystal Creek. It is simply the best place on earth.

This is my second time at Crystal Creek and I can safely say that it is the best lodge in Alaska. I went with my family, we are from Argentina and I can't wait to visit the lodge again. The staff, the fishing, the food, the planes and everything you can imagine is the best of the best. Thank you very much Crystal Creek for giving us one of the best experiences of our lives!! we'll be back!!

Unbelievable experience! The facilities were first class and super clean, the fishing was out of this world; with the guides making sure that we caught our limit of Sockeye every day and enough Dollies that we eventually tired of catching them, and a few Kings and Rainbows sprinkled in.|All meals were exquisite every day, and I cannot say enough about the staff; every single one of them are super knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and engaging. They are true professionals and made us feel like the most important people in the world.|I also loved that we could choose our own adventure each day. With four planes and over a dozen boats - we had access to just about anything that we wanted to do.|Everything about CCL is top notch, and they provided us with an incredible family vacation.|I highly recommend this lodge and will definitely go back.

I made my third trip to Crystal Creek this summer and have plans to return next year, if they’ll have me. The accommodations and chef prepared meals are all excellent, the bar is lively and entertaining, the staff is friendly knowledgeable and eager to help, and the fishing beyond outstanding! The flights to the remote fishing locations in the de Haviland Beaver aircraft are great ways to see the spectacular scenery and plentiful wildlife. Dan, Lynette, Alex and Heather leave no stones unturned to make your trip an adventure of a lifetime. A Crystal Creek adventure is a bucket list must for those who love to fish and is likely to make you start planning your next trip there as soon as you fly out.
