We cannot say enough about how fantastic Sarah is - hiring her to plan our fall wedding at Willow Hill was the single best decision we made during the planning process. From our first call with her a year out to the wedding weekend itself, we felt completely at ease knowing she understood our vision for an intimate, family-centric weekend and was on top of every detail. She is an expert listener and communicator, was quick to grasp what we wanted for certain elements of the weekend and effectively conveyed that to all vendors involved. She also regularly kept us on track with the activities we needed to complete and served as a thoughtful advisor as we finalized decisions, clearly noting tradeoffs and ensuring the things that we had said were most important to us were always centered in the decision making. Meetings with her were always something we looked forward to - her passion for her work, genuine care for people and positive energy always shone through and made the planning experience really fun for us.

The wedding itself was the best weekend of our lives, in large part due to Sarah’s flawless planning & execution. Sarah’s design for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding was perfect and even better than what we had envisioned, bringing together details that felt personal to our style, relationship, and families and transforming them into our dream space. We’ve gotten feedback from so many of our guests commenting on how beautifully she put everything together and how authentic the entire weekend felt to us, which is exactly what we’d hoped for. Logistically, the weekend ran smoothly and was timed so efficiently that we felt like we could truly enjoy every minute of it. If anything went wrong throughout the day, we were oblivious to it, with Sarah and her lovely team handling everything calmly. They brought a joyful energy to the day and we felt completely taken care of from the minute we arrived at the venue through the end of the weekend. Every team member & vendor that Sarah brought in was excellent - professional, collaborative with each other, and delivered an outstanding product. These are all people we would want to work with again. We have nothing but wonderful memories of the year-long planning process with Sarah and would recommend her to anyone!
