I used Balloons at the curb this past weekend 3/20/21 for the first time. I had a client who asked for 2 columns in a royal blue color. When the columns arrived my client was unhappy with the color blue. No fault at all from Balloons at the curb, just a misunderstanding of the color my client thought she was getting. I called up Balloons at the curb and they ended up switching out the color and RE-DELIVERED the balloons before her event started. My client was SO happy! I would recommend balloons at the curb to anyone!! They have fantastic customer service, I appreciate them because they worked with me and made an extremely happy customer. I will be working with them from now on for my venue. Thank you guys!!!!!

I have rented helium tanks several times from Balloons at the Curb, Stamford, CT. Their Balloon bouquet arrive on time and exactly as requested. I have had nothing but a great service from Balloons at the Curb. They respond immediately to emails, their customer service is by the best I have experienced. I cannot recommend Balloons at the Curb enough! My daughter loves Bubble Guppies, unfortunately it's not easy to find birthday favors. Balloons at the Curb was the only place that had what I was looking for, however I live in California. I emailed them asking if they would ship balloons (not inflated), and within a day they responded they would. The transaction was completed through email and was the easiest. The communication was fantastic and shipping was fast. Thank you again for making my daughter's birthday extra special!

I loved ordering balloons from Balloons at the Curb! I am in Pennsylvania and wanted to send my grandson in Seymour Ct balloons for his 9th birthday. Although it was a bit far for them, they were able to fulfill my order! Very courteous and helpful!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing balloons!
