Spoke to Tim. We are interested in purchasing a 40'x80' Anchor NAVI-Trac system tent to host our seasonal festivals. He took the time to educate me on commercial tents. He suggest we buy the tent from a local company who could services us as well. If we were located in CT, Stanford Tent would be my choice! Very Professional, and knowledgeable!

The tent was perfect, the installers were quick and prepared for setting up in a difficult yard. The staff was knowledge and saved the party by suggesting big fans during our heatwave. 5 star service all the way.

We rented heaters for an event from stamford tent & event. They was unclear communication about when they will be installed, the delivery and setup. We are extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. The heaters were not used at all on the day of the event due to warm weather but they still charged the full price; not even refund for the gas. In the contract they should consider cases like that. At the end of the day, the customer is at a loss, not the company. Next time we rent from somewhere else.
