Working with Kelly @ CTS travel is always the start to a great vacation. She helps find the perfect place for us, provides us with information to see all the cool places once we are there, and coordinate all of the transportation and hotels that we need. Whether it is one hotel in the Caribbean or a multi-city stop on Europe she has it handled. And if for some reason there is an issue, you can always reach her to get the problem solved regardless of who’s fault it was (like the hotel losing your reservation...).
