We arrived and the lobby smelled of mist and cigarettes. Check in was easy and staff was nice. The room we got put in had blood on the comforter, multiple cigarette burns in the under sheet and many many stains/hairs on the sheets and pillows. The smell in the rooms were worse than the lobby with a moldy smell that would not go away at all. We asked to switch rooms and they accommodated our request. The guy took us to 3 different rooms stating the AC didn’t work good in this one and this one wasn’t great etc. All the rooms we saw smelled bad of mold. We finally got put in one with a purple colored TV screen that wouldn’t work right, but that wasn’t the bad part. The floor felt damp and it smelled like foot. I looked at the dresser in the room and the bottom of it was COVERED in mold and mildew. After seeing so many rooms and not one better than the last, we ended up leaving with our health intact. Pool doesn’t work either. Upon leaving the hotel a min away had a drug dealer getting busted, so it really isn’t the safest area. Easily the worst hotel we’ve been to, with a staff that seems to be trying their best with what they’ve been given, which is the lowest tier possible.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. I would find somewhere else to stay. The rooms are very out dated.
Our tv didn’t work and the a/c barely worked. We called them for 45 minutes and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Then they refused to give any type of discount because it was just a tv. The owners were not very nice. I would suggest any other hotel. We would never stay here again.

I guess the place was clean enough but when a place is seriously understaffed it makes me suspicious and anxious. The rooms are ridiculously outdated. (See pictures). I was the last customer for the free to-go breakfast. I basically got cold coffee and crumbs ? The staff was nice and the little problem I experienced while I was there was taken care of immediately. Thank you!

Service at the front desk was great, quick and Presley was very respectful, warm welcoming, and sweet... Rooms was clean, up to standards, staff was very accommodating. Maria was very helpful we needed extra supplies for our room and she made sure we had what we needed...

Started off a little rough. Management does make it a little difficult to obtain additional linens. They say they have a problem with towels coming up missing but that shouldn't be an issue for guests. Overall though, very good staff that try their level best to accommodate you.

Holy cow. Avoid at all costs. We were trying to be cheap while going to the world’s longest yard sale but man did it bite us in the butt.

We get into the room and there’s no ac on and an awful smell of cigarettes and funk. We look at the sheets and there’s blood, pubic hair, and cigarette holes all over the blankets. The chair looked like it got ripped up by an animal. I mean who thought this room was okay to rent out?
I go to complain at the front desk and a really nice guy brings us to another room, I can tell he tried the best he could. The truth is the hotel is just a dump. There is no excuse for the filth. It needs a major revamp. If you read the reviews, you will notice a common theme.. the next room had a HORRIBLE funky feet smell. It gets worse, THERES MOLD GROWING ON THE FURNITURE ALL ALONG THE EDGES! This is now a health violation. I will be contacting corporate and the health department. Completely disgusting. Please avoid. For your health.

The only good thing about this place is the bed was comfortable. The room smelled awful and very muggy, the towels and washcloths were dirty luckily we had our own, the bathtub was nasty.. the sheets were absolutely disgusting along with BLOOD on the comforter and cigarette burns. I’m so glad i had my own with that as well… Someone also called the phone at 4 am woke us up and didn’t say anything which was weird.. Although the staff were pretty nice, i will not be back here. I’ve read the reviews all the way back to 2021 and they are all the same. You would think by now all these years later something would be done about such poor conditions.

My family and I was traveling from Houston to PA for a funeral. We stopped at this hotel and when we got to the room we was disgusted and wanted to leave. The rooms smell HORRIBLE and the AC units were turned off and it was hot as hell in the room. The door had a huge gap when it closed so any bugs etc could walk right in. There was a door the joined another room and that door didn't close all the way and was blocked by a table. We went and asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere. Was given a hard time about it but was finally able to get it. It has now been 10 days and we still have not received it yet. I called the hotel to ask about it and was refused to speak with the manager even tho I could hear him in the background. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Will be calling corp. to file a complaint.
